The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do by foot and utilising monorail. Staff were great, very friendly, and always with a cheerful smile and greeting when we went through lobby. Rooms were clean and serviced well, had clean towels left for us each day. Laundry facilities onsite were an absolute bonus. Overall, the hotel stay for us was great, no complaints at all.

Very spacious and comfortable room with a huge sofa. Separate bathroom and toilet. Could walk to the nearest station and Kokusai st where lots of restaurants and shops are located.

Pillows too high for us but it's just our preference. Found a roach in the toilet just before checking out. You might see one here and there in Okinawa because of its tropical climate, but not very nice to find one in your room... Other than that, the room was spotlessly clean!

Upon arrival we were granted a room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was much larger than expected, which allowed much more scope for unpacking suitcases and moving around the room. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, which offered a good range of options. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The location wasn't too bad, being ten minutes walking to Asahibashi monorail stop. There were also numerous places to eat nearby.

Nothing to dislike.

Beautiful hotel! The room was amazing, super clean and very spacious. They had some welcome drinks available at night, which was great. Parking was easy, staff were very helpful.

Location might not be super ideal if you don't have a rental car. You cannot reserve a parking spot, it's first come, first serve and if they run out you'll need to pay a little extra to park somewhere else (they will direct you).

My husband and I had a great stay at Hotel Torifito. Our room was a little small, but the beds were super comfortable - not too firm and not too soft, just the right amount of support. The shower’s water pressure was great. There was a large closet area of hang clothes. Breakfast was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a sewer smell when the toilet was being used, but I noticed this smell when walking near the canals in Naha so not sure what they can do about it.

The accommodations are clean and spacious compared to most. The staff is friendly and provides welcome drinks daily.

The location is a bit far from the station, requiring a 12-minute walk, and a 17-minute walk to the main shopping street. The bed is quite springy; movement by one person causes the entire bed to shake. Make it hard to sleep

The decor is modern, room is spacious & the children loved the bunk beds & huge whale plushy. Staffs are courteous too & can support different languages. Plenty of food choices nearby too. The Izakaya opp was great.

We understand that bottled water is not good for green initiative, However, it would be great if there's a water dispenser for guests to fill up their bottle. Also, would be nice if parking for guests is free.

Liked: the comfy bed and space enough to have mu 2 suitcase open in the room. They had a try on okinawa licour Maybe the could leave a hair dryer in the room instead of asking it by the lobby The localization is far from main attractions and okinawa is not easy to navigate than others cities but it was close to the monorail and the bus station

Great location, close to the monorail and many restaurants. The room was spacious compared to other rooms in Japan. The checkin and checkout went smoothly, the welcome drinks are much appreciated and the staff was nice. The bed was comfortable and we would recommend this hotel to others.

No view from the room, but that's clearly not an issue.

We were tired when we arrived and had a great welcoming check-in with friendly staff, we could take cold drinks in the lobby and take amenities there as well. Our 2 year old son received a very cute bag with kid amenities.

For me being 2.02 m tall everything is too small for me but it’s quite standard in the area.
