Breakfast was delicious, they offered a variety of snacks and local food. The location was good and personnel was very friendly. There was not much noise in the urban area.

The rooms are not separated with soundproof walls, neither from the corridor nor from the adjacent rooms. My neighbors were some teenage-behaving guys who would stay very loud until 2 AM one night and the other night pulling the door knob forcefully till the walls were shaking. There is literally no quiet hours policy stated in the hotel and if they were maybe the young visitors would respect. I tried to inform the receptionist but they said they didn't speak English.

Really nice place central in Naha. We didnt book with breakfast, but had it a few times as it fit in our plans. Breakfast was good with a mix of European bread, sausage, eggs and Japanese soups, Rice and noodles. It was good value at 1500 yen for adults and 750 for children. Roomcleaning was also really nice and was even done after we left the Room late one afternoon. We were two aduls and two children(7 and 10) and stayed in a 19m2 room, which was fine, but a bit small for u’s. This we know before, so it was no problem. All in all it was a super nice place and stay for us for a week.

English speaking staff were very accomodating and let us leave our luggage prior to check in. Hotel lobby has plenty space to lounge around and microwaves for those convenience store runs. There's a Lawson's just next door for all your late night cravings. Everything in our room was clean.

Rooms are quite small (could just open the mini bar fridge without touching the bed next to it), but expected considering this is Japan. The sofa/couch was in an awkward position in relation to the TV - if you sat on the sofa, you would be facing the beds and the TV would be on your left.

Very small rooms. Difficult to open suitcases in the triple rooms. Fridge not cold unless the key is used. The breakfast starts at 7am - they were not fellxibke with offering earlier despite paying breakfast inclusive rate and early morning departure for 8am flight. Not too much restaurants food options nearby but there was 7eleven

I really enjoyed the pajamas provided. Breakfast was not great but I’d say decent effort; a mix of local and continental foods, albeit limited. The breakfast staff worked very hard to make our meal time enjoyable. There’s both a 7-Eleven and a Lawson right downstairs. The location is in a quieter area of the town. The twin room is decent sized if you don’t have much luggage.

Very clean and the hotel vibe/theme is aesthetically pleasing. The daily housekeeper does a great job cleaning up the bathroom, providing fresh towels, new bedroom slippers and 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. Great location as well with many food options near by, convenience stores and short walk to rail station.

It will be good if hotel can consider to help to receive parcels from online shopping during stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Although it wasn’t very spacious, it had everything I needed. The facilities were complete, and the bed was very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the environment was quiet—perfect for rest. Great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again

The hotel looks neat and modern both exterior and interior. The room is specious enough and we feel very comfortable during our stay.

There are limited hotel staffs so during peak hours, you might have to wait a bit for the service but I can see that the staffs are very attentive and try their best to give the pleasant experience to all guests.

Great location easy to access lots of bars and restaurants and konbinis as well as public transport. The hotel is lovely and bright and airy. Room size is good very spacious and clean. Fresh towels, water and amenities each day. There’s free amenities in reception too. Great place to stay
