The price was great for us and exactly what we were looking for. The hotel room was clean and easily accessible. There were a lot of restaurants within a 15 min walk.

We decided on this hotel because in the name is says 'airport' but it was not as close to the airport as we thought when we booked. We had an early morning, 7 am, flight and the buss and monorail were a 15 min walk away and the first train was not until 6:12. We were not able to get a taxi, so we had to walk and it was a 36 minute walk to hotel with our luggage. It would have been easier to get to the airport with a later flight.

I liked the 24 hour front desk. They got me a taxi to the airport before 6 a.m. I liked the cute table and chairs for snacks, the adorable tea cup in the room, the balcony overlooking the airfield (and moon views) and the comfortable bathroom. Everything was simple and very clean. I was able to take a bus over (I didn’t have heavy bags though) and carry everything to the hotel and then go out shopping and to dinner after. It’s about a 20 min walk to the monorail and 10 to the nearest bus stop if you take the small roads. I used the kettle to make tea in the provided cups and everything looked freshly cleaned. I was very satisfied.

It would have been convenient to have some utensils like reusable chopsticks and spoons so customers don’t need to use single-use plasticware for take out since there was a nice fridge and microwave.

It was close to the airport, department stores, and restaurants. A short walk to the rail system.

The room was dusty, and after 11pm, the last two nights, other occupants were quite noisy.

attentive and kind staff . the room was super clean with very clean sheets and towels. well located with convenience stores and restaurants around. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with a very reasonable price.

Everything is pretty good in all the Kinjo hotels - they built by the same ideology if I can say so. But some small things may be different between the hotes of course. This one was very nice for us, except for one thing mentioned below.

There was a laundry machine, but there was n detergent :) hey, guys travelers don't bring detergent all the way with them! I think it will be nice from the hotel side to place a small amount of detergent just for 3-4 washes in each room. So you won't be a bunkrupt if somebody uses it all or steal, right? But at the same time, you won't have your quests disappointed they cant wash off all the salt from the sea a day before they are packing and heading to the airport.

The reception guy was very helpful. It’s only less 10mins from the airport by car. Some restaurants are nearby. 20mins walk from Akamine monorail station.
