The hotel is very close to the station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as it was a Japanese breakfast which allowed us to try new things.

The room was hot and the air conditioning did not work very well.

I liked how quiet of a neighborhood the hotel was at. Right next to the station which was great.

pillow is hard, the room is HOT! Had to open the window to keep it at a comfortable temperature. The thermostat didn’t work. The hotel is right next to the train tracks so the train noises can be annoying for light sleepers- I was ok. The closest convenience store is 7 minutes walk away.

The staff were friendly and the Japanese breakfast was great. The location was perfect for those travelling without a car - right beside the train station and a short walk to Hotaruika Museum for a late-night boat tour.

The hotel rooms are outdated and the pillows are hard; room was overpriced for the quality. The lobby has been renovated and the restaurant is good.

Spent one night here when visiting to see firefly squid. Good location as walking distance to the museum. Staff were very helpful in arranging taxi for me the following morning.

I think I read given a smoking room by accident. An odd smell was present (as was an ashtray). The walls were thin and the snoring of my next door neighbour kept me up all night.

The pillows and bed were so rock hard that I not only hard a hard time falling asleep but I also had woke up in pain the next day. On top of that, there was a sound akin to what I can only assume was a bath draining on the floor above that lasted quite literally the entire night — making what little rest I did get even worse.
