This place is a lil away from Kutchan town, and Niseko 'town'. Its very peaceful in a way as theres no crowd near the accommodation. its walkable n runnable to Kutchan stn(3km), maxValue(1.3km). Theres few buses comes near this place, so take note on what bus, and the bus stop name. This accomodation is next to a restaurant/bar(owner). The number of occupants can stay is low, which is good as few ppl=quiet. For the bunkbed room, you are also given lockers n drawers. everyone gets indoor slippers. Washingmachine is provided(with dryer) and theres drying room too. Fridge/freezer is huge enough for everyone, and theres kichen to cook. in winter,the accomodation provide shuttle service to-n-back to HirafuWelcomeCenter at fixed time. if you want easy access to bustling crowd n night life, this is not the place for you

i think there was a one-off issue during my stay where 1 of the shower went out of service, and only left 1 for everyone. a lil queuing needed (its probably getting fixed by the time you arrive)

Lovely homey place. Wifi is good. Place, kitchen, bathroom clean and lovely. Bathroom is ok. Bed is very comfy, has a little reading light, charging port works well. Van transfer to ski center every day and even for return. Spacious enough for everything. Locker works well and there is evwn spacious drawers for your stuff. Allowed to cook simple stuff, large fridge to store

Not much restaurant nearby .. bit sad if you dont drive but GoTaxi is available if u wish to go to Kutchan center for dinner

Breakfast was unavailable when we were visiting. Really enjoyed our stay. Lots of shower facilities. Our hosts were super nice. They were "learning English" but willing to help out in any way possible. Helped get us to Grand Hirafu every morning and even dropped us off at a rental shop on the way the first morning. They did not have rental gear for rent but took us to a great, cheap place. They have a ski gear drying area which is super nice!

Can't really think of anything. It can be tricky cooking in the morning or evenings with other guests around and the small cooking area but the dining space is plenty big.

The owners were very friendly and even gave me stickers when I left! The shuttle gets you too the slopes quick. The social area is very homely and comfortable and is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal after a long day skiing!

It’s at least a 30 minute walk to the centre of town where the majority of restaurants, izakaya and bars are.

A simple hostel but clean and comfortable with fabulous owners who went out of their way to help us whenever they could. They provide a shuttle service to the ski fields at 8 and 9 every morning with 2 return trips in the afternoon. Convience store, supermarkets, ramen restaurants and other facilities easy walking distance.

Super nice hosts. I broke my leg skiing and the host Suke-san kindly offered to help me retrieve my rental car, ship my bags home and took me to get on the bus to the airport the next day. I couldn't have gotten home so easily without him! Besides all that, the accommodations were well run, clean, warm and quiet, beds were comfy and other travelers were friendly.

Really well organised hostel, compact but practical bedroom with individual bed lamps, power outlet and USB outlets by bed. Lovely hosts / family. Very clean and well equipped bathroom, showers and kitchen. Convenient grocery store across the road. Great drying room. Free shuttle to and from the ski resort.

Cash only cafe and souvenir shop. Cafe only available lunch time.

Convenient shuttle service to Hirafu Welcome Center. Small hostel with max. 12 people sharing the kitchen and shared area, which was always clean.

The cooling unit of the vending machine in the hallway is quite loud, otherwise it is a very calm hostel

Service was really nice! Shuttle to and from the resort were provided in the morning and evening for return back to the hotel. The bed was super comfy and the couch in the room was a nice touch! Shared kitchen was available for use and had all required equipment if one wanted to cook.

The hotel is a bit far from the Grand Hirafu resort. Sometimes the bus for the resort does show and you might have a walk a considerable distance if you decide to stay for night skiing.

Staff (Kana-san and Suke-san) were amazing. Clean and comfortable, could be some noise due to the nature of the dorm room. Shuttle bus pick up (8 and 9am) was great. Convenient buses to supermarket or into town. Well stocked kitchen if you intend on cooking.
