Every little detail has been thought about, from easy self-check-in to USB chargers and plugs next to the bed. Room was quite large (for Japan), modern and clean. We never met any staff (or any other people for that matter) during our two-day stay - the check-in and check-out was done through messages. Very powerful shower. Strong internet. Excellent air con. Met my expectations in every way.

It wasn't a problem, but for the next time you do renovations, you may want to make the bathroom counter a little higher. It was just above my knees ;) And the shower head had a range that went from my waist to my neck - I would try and make that a little higher too! (And I'm only 180cm - not all that tall!)

Travelled during Jan. Very near to Kutchan station! Walkable distance :) Reasonably priced? I forgot TBox member name 😅 すみません. He is very friendly and will help carry luggage up one level. Things worth noting. In the room, there is a “guidebook” that allows you to do some last minute planning if required. I am considered Asian petite, so everything here is no problem. I guess up to Asian average size should be no issues? It would be good if you can handle your own luggage, because during checkout, maybe expect to carry down the stairs yourselves. Beside building is a 7-11. Relatively clean and tidy 👍🏻

Danny was a great host. He welcomed us on a very snowy day and even helped us carry our big bags up the stairs to the room. The property is new and very well maintained. The room, much to our surprise was quite spacious for Japanese standards! Even Danny had a laugh with us about it! Convenience. Right next to a 7-Eleven. And also not far away from restaurants and supermarkets in Kutchan.

Very little to not like except for the distance to Grand HIRAFU. If you’re here for skiing snowboarding then rent a car!

Having a personal washroom is a definite plus in Kutchan. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Tbox. Also, would recommend adding bicycles for guests to use. A definite plus for avid cyclists like ourselves.

The room tends to be very dry at night. Woke up a few times to drink water. It would be good to try to reduce noises coming from the 1st floor at night.

The staff was very helpful. We were wondering how to carry our bags upstairs to our rooms as there's no elevator. He carried our bags for us. The toilet is good. Warm toilet seat, adjustable pressure for water spray and even air dryer and air freshener after using the toilet! Also appreciate there's a 24-hour convenient store next to the hotel.

Very tight space although we have enough space for our 2 bags on the floor. We don't like the texture and dark colour of the bedsheets. Narrow staircase to go up to our room and having to leave our shoes downstairs and change to shared slippers. No space to hang wet towels. But it's ok for us just for an overnight stay.

Location was excellent, the rooms were super clean! It was nice to have our own shower and bathroom! The owner was super nice, I enjoyed every interaction I had!

Not a complaint, but a this is a great place to stay as a couple or with a friend or two, but probably not a place I would stay with my kid! Nothing to complain about, I think it was a perfect stay!

Tbox was in a great location. Walking distance to many places. The facilities were perfect for a ski trip with a storage room and laundry facilities. Danny our host provided us with great information at all times of the day/night.

Only recommendation would be to include a microwave or some facility available for heating up food. Apart from that everything was great.

Location is good. Convenience store is just right next to the hotel. For supermarket, it just takes two mins if you drive. There are many nice restaurants around the area. The room is clean and tidy, and spacious enough even for family of three like us (Two adults and One child). Moreover, staff is very helpful to translate our message to external parties when we need assistance.

From our arrival the staff behaved in an incredible way, helping us with the installation, and all the problems that arose. It stands out for being a place with a lot of charm, cozy, well connected to the train station and next to it there is a 7-Eleven. For us the best place to get to know Kutchan, we will return to Kutchan and we will return to the Tbox hotel. The trip has been incredible thanks to them. We hope to see you soon!

Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel is in walking distance from the train station and there is a convenience store right next to it. The room was quite big for Japanese standards and everything was well cleaned.
