Our room had a great view and was so spacious, it felt truly like being in a 5 star hotel experience. The staff at the front desk were able to hold our luggage as we arrived early and we then went to the beach and lunch. The closest restaurant other than the food the hotel provides is about a 15 minute walk. The hotel food and drink was great, just a bit expensive. In general, especially if you're driving through Japan, this is an incredible place to stay. The hot tub and giant walk in showers in the room were also incredible.

The plastic greenery in the room was a little bit tacky, and the floor and certain surfaces were quite dusty. With the size of the room, it would take much larger effort to get the room spotless. The food and drink a person can order directly in the hotel are quite expensive, but there aren't any convenience stores or other restaurants near. So unless you're willing to venture out at least 15 minutes in the evening, that's an expense to count on.

Excellent location, wonderful room, and best was the customer service. The two ladies working the counter Monday evening were outstanding! Very positive, polite, and extremely helpful. My Japanese is very limited and they made every effort to help me and make me feel comfortable. They even assisted with special translation requests well beyond their normal role. I can’t say enough good things about their customer service!

For $89 it is a must stay! The room was huge & you can see they are slowly fixing the place up. You get free snacks on arrival and the themes are funny. The ocean view is great, you can cut the noise of the traffic out by closing the window doors. Hot tub watching TV is fun.

The ventilation is not clean and dusty and the location is right next to the highway, it is hard to access there without car. We end up with walking on the highway for a few minutes to get there.

Great big room and bathroom, friendly staff. It is a Japanese 'love hotel' so different to your normal tourist hotel.

Location is really only accessible by car, public transport is not on that side of the city, Room was not very clean, ventilation system smelled of mold, is a love hotel but not marked as such on Booking.com
