Excellent little hotel right in the middle of Oita, just a 3 minute walk from the Shotengai (covered shopping street). The room was a standard size for a Japanese hotel. Very comfortable and lots of small amenities and details were taken care of (as is the norm in Japanese hotels).

Just one minor complaint, I wish the laundry on the 3rd floor didn't require permission from the front desk to use it. It seemed like an unnecessary step to need to ask for a key to use the facilities.

Room was more spacious than I expected. The beds were comfy. It has all the essentials you need for a short stay. Each guest gets one coffee and one sparking wine as welcome drinks. Close to a shopping street and station was a short walk. Lovely lobby for people to chill and read a book.

Parking attached to the hotel is long stay only so when we only wanted to park for 30minues to check in before returning the car, we had to go to nearby car parks.

we didn't have chance to stay longer! parking is paid, but very convenient. alternatively find a cheaper times parking lot

I liked the free welcome drink in the lobby as well as the overall facilities. Many amenities were available for me although as soon as I got to my room I passed out! Many little cool bars in the area walking distance from the hotel!

They charge for a 1hr extension on the check out and there is no onsen or bath connected to the hotel like some of the other places!

We have stayed here before, so knew what to expect. It's ideally located, close to the station, my son's apartment and decent restaurants and bars. Coffee, tea and other amenities are available in reception

Maybe not very modern, but really good, fine breakfast with huge selection, and a lot of restaurants around... Rating 7,7 is too strict... I find it better, room is a bit smaller, but ok

Staffs were very nice. They were ready to help and answer our questions. The hotel surrounded with restaurants, shopping street and convenience stores. Welcome drink was a plus :)

Location, it's a bit far from the train station.

Hotel staffs are friendly, not too far from station.

there was some small yellow stain on my blanket but everything else was fine
