Hotel exceeded our expectations; pics on booking.com did not do justice as in reality, room was very comfortable, clean & very well equipped (eg. water dispenser in room), shower room had a jacuzzi bath tub with TV screen for YouTube, etc...); hotel facilities were surprising too! included a room for table tennis + karaoke; did i mention the "onsen" room? also the free flow snacks at hotel lobby (Japanese snacks + nuts assortment & a whole host of other conveniences, face masks, bath salts etc... you thought you booked a 5 or 6 star hotel! hotel staff was exceptional, kind, friendly & ever ready to help & attentive to your needs - ALL this made for a very pleasant 5 night stay in Okayama, thank you!

I needed a one-night stay with my wife while traveling from Hiroshima to Osaka. Initially, I planned to stay in Himeji, but at the last minute, I looked for something in Okayama instead. I wasn’t expecting to find anything cheap and nice, but I stumbled upon this love hotel for just £40. For that price, I expected a worn-out, tiny room, but instead, we got a huge bed, a massive puff seat, a jacuzzi-like tub, and an amazing shower. The huge bathroom mirror even had a screen for YouTube. We also rented a private onsen with a sauna at 9 PM for free which was outstanding. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, even though it’s a love hotel. It almost felt unfair to get so much for so little—Japan doesn’t allow tipping, we made the most of the amenities, ordering room service and enjoying various entertainment for a price. The TV was massive, the location was great (near a bus stop and bars), and the staff was excellent and kind, using translators to communicate. Maybe it was cheap because it was a Monday in mid-March, but even compared to pricier hotels, this place offered way more. I’d rate it 15/10 and highly recommend it. Unbelievable value for £40!

LGBT friendly. Staff were incredible, the room service food is the best I've ever had, facilities are really fun and you can book them privately, it's in the entertainment district. It's not fully a "love hotel" or "business hotel" - but it offers facilities for both. As 2 friends with tattoos we loved being able to book a private onsen, as we can't use the public bath houses. The laundry was also fast and well priced. My only choice for Okayama, I felt safe and indulged. I'll definitely come back!

Just note it's a little far from the train station to comfortably walk. However, there is a bus and tram to the hotel, and taxis at Okayama station.

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel offered excellent value for money. The room was large enough and the bathroom was amazing! We were offered a range of toiletries - everything we could possibly need and there was a table in front of the lift where we could choose further toiletries etc The staff were kind and offered us fresh towels every day. The hotel is very well located opposite the tram (Street car) and it was easy to get to the station or shopping centre.

There was nothing that we didn't like - the hotel is a little bit quirky with the elephant and dancing tree in the foyer but they added to its charm.

Large room with a big bed. Spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Good WiFi. Location is a bit far from the station but easy bus links right outside, as well as convenience stores and other restaurants nearby and walking distance to the castle. Heaps of free amentities. We really enjoyed our stay here! Staff were lovely and went above and beyond.

Very clean, lots of little extras, comfortable, everything you might possibly need without ever going outside. Complimentary bath salts, cosmetics, and snacks, 24h food and drink service and other facilities. Tram stop in front of the hotel. I was worried because some people mentioned cigarette smell and noise. It didn't smell at all and it was super quiet. Would happily come back again

Be aware that thisis a love hotel. We had a great time here, the decor is pretty cool and there's a lot of things to do at the hotel. Big bathtub in the rooms and lots of free amenities. Very quiet. The room service food is excellent and affordable. Close to the main station and lots of transport options right outside.

The hotel is located a little way from the main train station but quite close to the river, castle and gardens and it was lovely to run and walk to them. The staff were friendly and the rooms very large and beds comfortable. Their were loads of amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

The main corridor areas of the hotel are a little bit run down (carpet etc) but the rooms themselves were fantastic.

Very comfortable, huge room. Absolutely spotless and homey. Great energy across the facility, the quirky decor puts a lovely, light twist on the property. The place is fun, an ode to joy. The staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly and outgoing. A great place to stay.

Fun hotel with huge rooms. Can play pool and darts. So many lovely things at reception to use-bath salts etc. Huge bathroom and bed. Lovely staff. Would stay again and recommend. Best hotel room we stayed in.

Too far to walk with luggage but bus stop outside the door from main bus station. Stand 3 bus 21 or 41. 4 stops away. Daiunji mae stop.
