The place was clean and what you'd expect from these types of hotels.

Lots of waste as they serve breakfast in disposable containers, please consider AT LEAST serving drinks in mugs and glasses.

Breakfast was very good, but it appeared that too much food and drink items became unavailable prior to breakfast being over. Location was fairly close to major shopping centers and notable landmarks, but also a little too close to clubs and pubs for a family hotel.

No a/c in hallways and hallway carpet too used and unsightly.

I have originally plan to stay for 2 nights due to the bad review from the app. However, upon arrival I find that the condition of the hotel is not as per reviewed. Hence I have extended my stay with the hotel instead of lugging the luggage. Bare minimal but it was a good base for me to travel around the Okayama prefecture. Staff was friendly n helpful. The recommendation to the restaurant was good too. Next time I visit Okayama I will book this again.

Except the breakfast was cold most time otherwise all good and as expected. . Japanese rooms are usually small and I have booked a double room instead of a single room.

bedroom is very comfortable. pillow was very high quality. location is good. there are a lot of place for charging and they prepare multiple charging devices.

there is a smoking place 2nd place. i don’t like it. people shouldn’t smoke. washing machine and dryer is different machine. only every two machines. for researching your staffs need to stay for experience. So that, you can give the customers more good services.

It was in a good central location, busy but not too busy that it would be loud. The station was close by and the room was very clean. Plenty of restaurants close by and good modern touches.

I wish the bathroom had a little more space, I couldn't close the door while seated.

Location was great and price was reasonable. Would have loved to try the attached burger shop if I had had the time.

Wish the TV had screen mirroring. Free parking would have been great. Was surprised my room was entered and cleaned, despite putting up the 'do not disturb' sign (I was out, but came back to a cleaned room.)

The room was amazing, staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was really good, and the amenities were great. The hamburgers at the restaurant were delicious when we were too tired to go out and look for dinner! Can’t wait to go back!!!!!

Everything was perfect, bed comfortable, pillows very comfy as well (they provide two different pillows). Location -very close to the station and there so many bars and restaurants around it!!

The double bed for two people is small. Two people fit perfectly fine but it is a very small double bed.

The staff was very helpful and the location was good, there are a lot of restaurants and bars in the proximity
