Need a place to sleep and clean up (bathe) on a long distance bike trip. This place is part of the Route Inn group but is one step up. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Not really good bike parking ... they offered staff bike lot way in the back. I used the public bike parking across the street and paid the modest fee (but be careful since you cannot remove your bike in the wee hours, and the payment system was more complex than most machine-operated similar public bike parking).

Good location, next to the big AEON shoping mall and walking distance from Okayama central station. It was convenient to move around the city and to have different options for eating.

Room temperature could not be controlled as it was centrally set for all the rooms. Weather was stilll relatively mild and inside the room it was too hot. Reception advised they could not control the temperature either and sent us an electric fan. We had to sleep with the window open but it was noisy outside. It was the first time for me to be in a hotel where guests cannot control the room temperature.

The service was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; everything was seamlessly organized. The overall experience was delightful, and I am grateful for the assistance and prompt responses to my inquiries. A solid 5/5 rating!

It provided free drinks when we opted out for the daily cleaning. There was a big shopping mall just next to the hotel. Very convenient to buy breakfast and dinner. There was a very cheap parking nearby (not the one related to the hotel)

It was not very close to the station. We needed to cross the big shopping center to go there. The hotel looked a little bit old.

The location is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The room we had was No 814 and although everything worked and was clean it was very dated and the bed mattresses were bony hard, The wire springing could be felt as the padding had thinned out. They need to be renewed.

Great location, easy from JR Okayama Station and opposite Aeon. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable.

The facility was old fashion, dated decor, and the pillows were not comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really, really nice. Room was pretty well sized for a single. Overall great value and I'd happily come back here again.
