The staff were wonderful and helpful, we loved the free popcicles and the bread in the morning. The location was perfect, really near a lot of things and the beautiful stream in the middle of the city. Very near the main station too. The room was a good size, the bed was comfy and they even have free bath bombs! We asked for help anout restaurants and sightseeing and the staff went out of their way to help.

The pillow is a bit hard

There is lots of complimentary products and free drinks and ice cream 24/7. The room was okey, in the bathroom was a bathtub and downstairs you can grab a bath bomb. Good location, 10-15 min walk from the train station. Nearby is Aeon shopping center and lots of restaurants.

There is a free breakfast but it’s not the healthiest one, some food products like cake & hamburgers. Downstairs smelled a bit cigarettes.

Good value of money. Continental breakfast serves some varieties of bread and cakes, as well as frankfurter buns (ready made hot dogs). Very cheap chips on sale as supplementary snacks. Coffee from the machine is of good quality. The food may best be taken to your own room to enjoy. The room is spacious and has sufficient bench space for you to work with you computer.

The lobby has just a few tables for eating, drinking and socializing, which are obviously not enough. Public space is limited.

The hotel is very good located, 10 minutes from the train station. All the staff speak English very well and are very kind and friendly. They provide good information and city details. The decoration with otters is very fun. The room is not very big and some facilities may need a renovation, but for one person and one night it is fine. You can take a free bicycle that it's very convenient to reach the castle and the garden. Although there is no breakfast, they offer you some pastries and nikuman that are very good. The 24-hour free drink service is also very good. The wifi connection was quite good.

Staff is great. They helped with sightseeing in Okayama, and even let me ship an urgent package from Amazon if I stayed another night. The amenities you get here are exceptional for the price you pay. Free popsicles and drinks, snacks for 10 yen, frozen omelette with rice or pasta for 100 yen. Free bicycle to ride around town which was very convenient to see the castle and museums. Free pastries for breakfast. The room is clean and good. Overall I had a great stay. This isn't an ordinary Japanese business hotel.

Furniture and room are a little outdated.

Didn’t expect a lot from the stay, but actually very enjoyed it! The hotel has its charm and, what is unusual for business hotels, left special memories. The hotel is not so new, but clean and taken good care off. To make the space more lively, they decorated it with hotel’s characters, and it’s real cute! There is no breakfast venue, but they offer free bread and buns in the morning, and all the additional services are also very thoughtful.

The room was very comfortable and clean; I thought the bed and pillow was very comfortable. I liked the location of the hotel, as it was close to the train station as well as to tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I felt very welcomed. The access to amenities was awesome for when I needed them, and the free drinks was great for convenience. I really enjoyed my stay here! This hotel is great value for money 😊

The room was a decent size and in a great location. It was only a few minutes bus ride/walk from the shinkansen station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was fantastic and had everything that I needed.

The room is smaller than some may be used to, but it was perfectly fine for me. I just needed room for me and my luggage, so it was perfectly fine.

Excellent location within ten minutes walk from the JR station. Surrounded by restaurants, shops & very nice canal which is great for walking. Renovated rooms are good & comfortable, but not all rooms are renovated. Friendly, supportive & respectful staff. They provide good information. Free bikes to use. Good wifi. Free soft drinks and variety of breads for bkfst. Good value.

Couldn’t open window in the room. Not quick responders by email. Some parts could be cleaned or renovated better.
