Amazing property. Amazing room, amazing view, amazing amenities, amazing common area, amazing staff. The hotel provided free open bar and varieties of bath salt on the lobby which is a good touch. View of sunset from the room balcony is breathtaking. It also has microwave and bigger fridge than normal hotel which is very helpful. They have ice machine and laundry room to use. Couple of caveats are: it’s a bit of an uphill walk from main street which can be quite hard if you don’t like to walk. But we enjoyed the walk since onna overall is breathtaking. They also only have 1 restaurant which provides decent Chinese food, and no room service. But there’s a very good restaurant just 3-5 mins walk just up the hotel hill, would recommend to book esp if for dinner.

Globally Aquasense is a great structure, pools are wonderful, rooms with jacuzzi on the terrace are a real luxury solution, and the view is amazing! The hotel itself is fully recommended to anyone is looking for luxury in Okinawa, at the right price! Cleaning service is also punctual and precise!

Details make the difference: - Staff always available, but please let's improve your english skills! - The hotel is located far away from everything, and we knew it before booking. But, for a 5-stars hotel, we expect that you can provide some transfers to airport/Naha or to close beaches. It's something needed for an hotel located there! - Opening hours of the bar at 2pm, not clear why from 10 to 14 we can't drink anything. Small details can bring your hotel to the next step!

Friendly staff, modern resort. Clean. Good ambience, spacious rooms, of 9 hotels we stayed in the beds and pillows at Aquasense were the best, very comfortable. Two air con units, lovely ocean view. Good laundry with dryers that actually dried your clothes effectively! Great burgers in the deli cafe at sister hotel next door, Kafuu resort. Family mart a few minutes walk away. Complimentary drinks afternoon to evening.

Aircon unit leaked water all over desk. Was a sewerage smell from the toilet which did dissipate. While pools were lovely, more suited to sitting in not diving under the water as are only shallow. Free drinks great but why not allow the free coffee in the morning? Supplies in the shop are limited and note there aren’t many close activities or restaurants so consider this when booking.

The rooms are huge, clean and modern. Parking is free in the garage. The private jacuzzi was one of the biggest reasons I picked the hotel and we used it every day with the complimentary bath salt while looking out to the beach and the sea. The breakfast is very good, a Chinese style buffet using local ingredients. If you don't make up for breakfast you can use your meal ticket for lunch instead, but pay an extra 500 yen per person. The lunch buffet was a little nicer anyway so we did that twice. Overall we have no complaints. It was our honeymoon and it was very relaxing and the staff was welcoming and professional. I would go there again

The view from the room, the jacuzzi was perfect! Really nice touch for choosing your own bath salt. Everyday it was a clean room. Service is very nice and patient. I really like they gave me a gift for my birthday, it is nice being important. You can book excursion directly with them and they are very well situated to discover Okinawa.

The breakfast is very chinese, not very much choices and mainly fish/soup/veggies. Wouldn't recommend for repeatitive mornings. Therefore, the dinner was delicious!! Their automnal course was very very good.

The arrangement of laundry service has exceeded my expectations. The respect of individual privacy is a high merit. The firmness of bed mattress have precisely matched our need, definitely a thumbs up. The warm welcoming and heartfelt assistance from some of the staff is highly appreciated, in particular, the excellent command of English from a female staff from front desk is superbly impressive.

The welcoming logistics on arrival would be a slight point missing area, i.e. luggage delivery, brief hotel facilities and room tour. The breakfast variety could be stressed a little more, it would be a bit singular for straight chinese cuisine throughout the breakfasts during our stay, a touch of some western or european choices would be great, though the Chinese dishes tasted very great indeed. It would be better to have a more thorough and consistent customer service training to staff, or else a slight deviation would cascadingly drag down the good view good impression built from the team, a footnote to a male foreign gentleman at front desk.

It is up a hill and behind another hotel, will take quite a walk up and down to the main road for convenience store, restaurants and beach. Luckily we drove so that was not a problem for us

Everything was prefect with the room. Unexpectedly spacious. Indoor and outdoor sofas for even the most basic room type. Exceptional view. The room came with both bath robes and pajamas. High quality amenities. A wide variety of gadgets were also offered. Complimentary drinks. The staff were very nice and tried their best to make sure my requests were met. Breakfast was superb with lots of choices.

The use of the laundry room was a bit confusing.

Very big rooms, clean with amazing views of the sea. Friendly stuff, especially big thanks to Valentin. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and good Chinese restaurant on-site.

Beautiful hotel lobby and rooms. Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Very relaxing.

Food was delicious! I love asian style dinner but I prefer western style breakfast.
