Friendly staff. Good location.

Having to pay for the gym and pool. In a five star resort this should be included.

Very modern design, lovely spacious room with wonderful quality bedding, views were stunning, breakfast had lots of variety and pools were wonderfully designed and clean. Loved the eco cleaning approach which was very well thought through. Facilities including pool and laundry were exceptional.

We had to wait a long time for breakfast buffet, the food in hotel was quite expensive. Outdoor pool was much too cold to enjoy. Robes and shoes in room were a nice touch but all much too small. Food options outside the hotel were limited with not much variety and nothing for vegetarians, though we did find one little independent place which was fab.

The room was really spacious and the bath tub was lovely! Beautiful ocean views, even on the lower floors. Gorgeous private beach and a great local tour guide to take us to the blue cave. We enjoyed lots of great local restaurants within walking distance and enjoyed diverse sightseeing activities a short drive from the area.

There was a system to encourage eco cleaning, but despite having it explained several times, I found it confusing and didn't understand the credit system until I left. Clearer English instructions might help the system run smoothly. Some add on activities like craft got a bit pricey.

The hotel was amazing actually, everything was very organized, the location was great, not too far from many attractions but still felt like a quiet place, breakfast was also very good with many options including okinawan cousine.The staff was also very kind. Parking was not difficult. There was always a space even if you arrived late at night. And the room was the best part for me, we took a very basic room, but it felt like a premium room, spacious, clean and with a great view. Loved that the floor had a tatami instead of a carpet, very neat and clean.

I didn't like a few things, though. Except for the breakfast and outdoor pools, nothing is included. You have to pay extra fees for absolutely everything. They have a gym and an indoor pool, but you have to pay 1.500 yen per day to use it, i don't get it. Parking lot 500 yen per day as well... and the worst part for me is that you have to pay for using chairs at the beach and if you want reclining chairs at the pool also have to pay... Another thing is that sometimes breakfast gets crowded, so they have like a booking system, and sometimes the waiting line can be up to 30 min. So you better book as soon as you wake up.

This hotel checked all my boxes: beachfront location, spacious rooms, parking, and hot springs. If you pay for the hot springs, parking, and breakfast in advance, there’s no need to worry about extra charges during your stay — and the price difference is minimal compared to booking without them. Every room offers beautiful ocean views, which makes the stay even more special. Plus, if you choose to skip daily room cleaning, the hotel gives you a ¥1000 coupon per day. Overall, it’s a great value and a wonderful experience.

The bed is a little bit too hard.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Entering the grand hotel is alike walking into a Japanese drama on Hotel. Every staff was very very polite and even accommodated/attended to our crying toddler with biscuits during check-in. The facilities were well kept, breakfast (jap) was superb as well. The toddler room was very fun, and the beach was also well kept. Lastly, their special stamp activity for children was really captivating and allowed us to cover the whole hotel and explore it excitedly. The onsite cathedral was also fairytale like. All in all, a very pleasant stay! Not forgetting, our room faced the sea and was very very spacious for a great price that included the bathhouse entry and breakfast. Ohh and outside the hotel is just a short walk away from two convenient stores and many wonderful restaurants!

Great resort and facilities, lovely beach and pool area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are a very good size and great views off a large balcony. Breakfast had great variety and some excellent restaurants just outside the resort which are worth visiting for dinner. Central location between Naha and the expo park as well. Some other great beaches as well close by Manza and Moon beach as two examples. Great to have the laundry rooms, we had been travelling for 2 weeks prior and we loved to be able to wash our clothes.

1. For the price you pay, it is unbelievable you need to still pay extra for the gym and indoor pool. You also need to pay for the beach chairs too at least for the first day. there are free sunbeds at the pool but also some you need to pay for at the main pool. 2. If you have older kids like we do 10 and 13, the pool rules are too strict in that they are not allowed in the main pool or wave pool without adult supervision even though they are not deeper than 1.25m in the main pool and 1.4m in the wave pool. I think great for little kids or kids 14 and over, for that middle age way too rules based and restrictive for no real reason I can think of.

Beautiful location with access to Tiger beach and many restaurants around. Room is big and clean with sea view, breakfast can satisfy everyone and it changes a bit day to day. The swimming pool outside makes this resort perfect for families with small kids

The AC in the room is noisy and ruins the atmosphere. And, while it is a resort, it feels like a hotel: indoor pool, spa, beach recliners and so on have to be paid separately, that is a bit in contrast with the high cost of the room. We would have loved the possibility of an all-in package with drinks and maybe 1 dinner/spa session.

swimming pool closed early at 5pm in April we were surprised we needed to pay for using the hotel beach sun umbrellas also need to pay extra to use certain facilities like indoor pool

Beautiful sea view room with exceptional staff services, clean huge room, amenities & many facilities. A family-friendly hotel provide free pyjamas, slippers & beach bag too. Love their international buffet bfast spread & Japanese bfast at another Jap restaurant offering different menu upon request (they serve same menu daily unless upon request if you are returning for the 2nd day). There is a coin laundry room, indoor & outdoor swimming pool, gym, indoor onsen, a lamp museum at 5th floor as well as a chapel
