The hotek is stylish and beautiful, staff was very kind and helpful. Also a private beach with white sand.

The place is old and not renovated - rusty handrails, rusty frames on balconies, chipped off paint. Also the room itself had a distinct moss smell with hints of old people.

really enjoyed the poool and the private beach!! really made our vacation better. the room was nice size . it was nice that we could change breakfast with lunch since the breakfast time was from 7 am to 9:30am. although the hotel is from 1975 it is well maintained and huge.

from 9am above us someone was moving furniture all morning every day we stood there. i think they are renovating rooms. you need to pay for beach sunbeds.. absurd since you are staying there. no need to pay anymore for gym. was really annoyed by the beach open hours it is may and the beach closes at 17:00. you can not get in the ocean after 17:00 anymore ! and it gets dark after 19:00. at the pool alsow you can bath until 18:00.

This was our third time staying, and we’ve enjoyed each visit. We love the semi-private pool, which is always refreshingly cool, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy.

The variety at the buffet was good, and we appreciated that allergens were clearly labeled this time. However, it would have been great to see more vegetarian options. Some items like the French fries and steamed broccoli contained pork or beef, which was unexpected. There were also fewer Western options—no cheese or olives, for example.

Beautiful and clean hotel with amazing, kind staff. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The beds are one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with some nice restaurants nearby and a few minutes away (with the car) from other nice beaches and cities.

It was a bit cold in Okinawa when we were there. I would have liked it a bit more if the lobby and other public lounge areas could be closed of during colder weathers, instead of a 24/7 open door kind of idea, with lots of wind coming through the hotel.

Everything was wonderful! The room was spacious, comfortable and good value for money. The pool and beach areas were clean and quiet with many options for activities/rental items. The staff were always friendly (but not fully confident in English so we used Japanese during the stay). Convenience stores and good restaurants nearby, as well as another public beach and a bus stop to travel north to the aquarium and south to the airport (we used the OAS - airport shuttle to get to both locations, not the local, slower buses and you can buy a ticket there and then. It's 1400 yen from the Tiger Beach bus stop). Also, the interior of the hotel was gorgeous - so much nature, like vines hanging down.

The wi-fi was not secure. We could only access a public wifi per floor - the room didn't have individual secure wifi despite the website saying so.

The whole place was amazing. The hotel is nice, the beach is gorgeous, never crowded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even who doesn’t speak English tried everything to help us when we had questions. I highly recommend this hotel! We also checked other big hotels nearby with beach access, and we think the moon beach is the best so far. You can really relax here without crowds or loud noises. And I also had to mention the private island tour with snorkeling and bbq. It’s soooooooooo worth it! If you book a few days here that’s a must try thing!

A little bit far from everything else, and you can discover the neighborhood very fast. So if you don’t rent a car, you have to take the bus, which sometimes comes sometimes not. Or late 30-40 min, so you never know which time you should go to the station. But maybe it’s also a good thing, because the hotel and the area is very calm.

I like that the ticket for free breakfast can be used to lunch instead. We are not really into breakfast, so having it use to lunch instead was fantastic. The staff were so nice and friendly. Its nice that they offer 2 sets of slippers, 1 for outdoor use and 1 for indoor use. The location was also perfect because its really close to restaurants and convenience store.

Maybe provide more pillows and amenities. We booked for 3 poeple and they gave us amenities for 2 people only. The crablegs maybe needs a little more steaming to keep it warm.

Location is perfect. Right on a beautiful private beach and within walking distance to many dining options, convenience stores and ATM. The hotel is old, but very well maintained. I really liked the modernist architecture. The room was spacious and comfortable with a big balcony. The indoor heated pool was perfect during cooler days.

For my taste, both restaurants were a bit pricey for what they offered. The open and close times for the swimming pools are a bit inconvenient, the open late and close early.

Beautiful hotel but please be aware it passed its best years and needs some renovations/upgrading, despite that we had amazing stay. Common areas are very unique with a lot of green plants, inside pond and beautiful fish. Pool and the beach areas very nice. Lovely garden and beautiful views in turquoise water.

The only downside we had was communication challenges with the staff. I would expect little better English especially at the reception desk as I wasn’t sure if they understood what I ask them for.

The hotel is just breathtaking beautiful with its big inner yards and private beach. There are many restaurants and konbinis around. Also the hotel offers lots of activities but they come at an extra price. Aside from that the stuff was amazingly friendly and I loved how much you could discover within the hotel.

As a vegetarian I'm always struggling with Japanese cuisine. I was hoping that the international restaurant at the hotel would have more vegetarian dishes but in the end the options were quite limited and you could tell that making vegetarian dishes is not their speciality.
