We had accidentally booked the wrong type of room and were actually hoping for one with a full sea view. When we asked to change it, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They showed us the new room before confirming the change, and we really appreciated that. We paid the difference, but it was absolutely worth it—the view was breathtaking and really enhanced our stay. The entire hotel was wonderful, and the staff’s friendliness and professionalism made our experience even more special. Another great point is that you can reach several restaurants on foot in about 10–15 minutes, and the hotel also offers free transportation to and from nearby restaurants if you prefer not to walk. That was super convenient and thoughtful!

The only small downside was the location, as the hotel is close to the highway. The noise wasn’t really a problem, but it’s something to be aware of. Other than that, everything was perfect and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The room and balcony were spacious, very easy to find location next to the main road and loads of convenience stores within a short drive. The hotel staff were super helpful and the hotel featured facilities such as a selection of everyday convenience items for sale and a coin operated launderette. Ample parking was available for hotel guests and the breakfast was very good.

The room could be better equipped with more cutlery and kitchenware items. There was a lot of space to store such items in the cupboards

This hotel had super friendly staff! They made my husband and I feel comfortable very comfortable questions, figuring out how to use the laundry, and loaning us some wall plugs compatible with our US chargers. The food was fantastic and I loved the accessibility of the snacks and clothing located in the lobby.

I didn’t like how far away it was from many tourist spots but this was my fault when booking so I will mot hold this against them. However, this hotel’s location did make it hard to find affordable transportation. Unfortunately, we had to rely on pricey taxis to get around.

Lovely, comfortably equipped room with an outstanding view. Small kitchen make this an excellent place to stay for extended stays. The room itself was attractively appointed and very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel is really hard to access, especially if you're coming from the south. The hotel has helpful signs posted at key intersections, but it's still hard to get to. The hotel has a small kiosk in the lobby but there's no nearby shopping so bring your own snacks, etc. Once there, it's great!

Overall a very comfortable stay. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast (nice selection without being overwhelming, and enjoyed the taco rice and Okinawan soba, and espresso), and large comfortable rooms. Rooms were nicely modernized and updated as well. Nice view and off the main busy areas to enjoy some peace and quiet. Appreciated the laundry facilities and larger-sized refrigerators.

Access/location is a little awkward (we were well aware upfront), but we were able to sort that out after driving around the area for the first couple days. Only major downside for us was there being no convenient access to nearby konbini; though the inclusion of larger-sized refrigerators was helpful so we could stock up at the supermarket. Only other odd thing was a dish sponge was provided but no dish soap (unless we didn't find it).

Room was very nice with Japanese style and lovely pijamas to match the vibe. Beutiful balocny with amazing view to have breakfast and chill in the evening . The location was great as only short distance walk to close by restaurants , beach and busy area . very convienient .

there was breakfast and lunch , even open buffet , but no option for any meal for dinner time .

The hotel was very nice. The room offered plenty of space and even a small tatami portion! The room also came with a balcony which provided a good few of the ocean and route 58( for the people like the city scene). Also the owner was working the desk and was very friendly.

The hotel can be a little hard to get too.

The room is amazing huge with a beautiful balcony. The bathroom and toilet are absolutely clean. Is located right after the highway exit.

The only critical part is there are no convient stores nearby or restaurants by walk distance. Whatever u’d like to do,u need to drive a little bit

The room is very spacious with a big balcony with the nice view. The staff are very nice and polite.

The location is quite far from the tourist attractions and not many shops/stores nearby, but it is ok because we rent a car.

Location was great for what we were therefore and lovely partly ocean views as stated in the booking.

Unfortunately no pool and of course wasn’t on the beach so no beach access for free
