Staffs are nice, they have Chinese speaking staff at front desk, a pretty girl, Lora with passionate. Even simple facilities enough for a leisure trip, night view so release, I think all rooms has sea view. 6/F rooms are great. Advise to stay 3 or 4 days you could explore more.

Originally I am looking for the bubble like coffee from the website and reserve this hotel, but finally, they say don’t have it…. I am wondering how come they could post a photo but not have this item……. Cleaning could be more in details, waiting for improvement.

I loved the staff and the quit nature of the hotel. It was an outstanding place to stay and I would have stayed there longer had I been able to. The food was better than I had expected from a hotel.

I thought the room could have be deep cleaned more. The ac unit and the trim near the ceiling was a little dirty. I would have like for the sheets to have gotten changed at least one during the stay I was there for 9 days and had the same sheets the whole time.

The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, offering both Japanese and Western options.

The location is beautiful, but it’s a bit remote. It takes at least a 20-minute drive to reach the nearest towns for dining out since the hotel is situated on top of the hills.

From the quite surrounding of the resort to the facilities, our stay in Ansa was a breeze. The different buffets accomodate all taste and the staff was excellente. The view from the room or from the dining area was beautiful. The gym area is really well equiped and the pool is the biggest I have seen in a hotel. All in all our stay was perfect

To enjoy Okinawa (hence Ansa resort), you ought to have a car rental. The place is secluded but easily accessible by car. The parking lot is not protected from the sun as 95% of all parking in Okinawa. Take a car with a good A/C.

I loved the location; away from the city so it was quiet, remote, peaceful and serene. The breakfast was great, I enjoyed the variety and appreciated the presentation very much. You could tell the staff took pride in preparing the meal each morning.

The mattress was terrible. Really stiff so it hurt my back. The pillows had high loft and the combination of a hard mattress and sky high pillow made for an uncomfortable sleep every night.

The room was nice and very cleaned, it also has a pretty good view to the city. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. I think they have a decent "all you can eat" breakfast because there was a lot of different kinds of food from basic american breakfast dishes to japanese dishes and the food varies everyday. In conlusion i had a good time at the resort. 8/10

the only thing that i didn't like about the resort was the location because it's isolated, if you don't have a personal car then it will be a pain to get a hold of a taxi.

The staff was really nice to us. We had to change our plans due to a flight cancellation and the staff helped us a lot. The hotel is in a nice location, with pretty much nothing in the immediate surroundings (remote), but with access to pretty much everything if you have a car.

The pool looked nice but was closed... Apart from that, we had no complains whatsoever!

It was very quiet and comfortable, room was clean and made up. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant was convenient but a little overpriced for what is offered.

The report is not close to convenient stores or restaurants. You need a car to get anywhere from this resort.

The resort was so beautiful and luxurious! The onsen and sauna were so relaxing, I loved the smell of the soaps they provided too. The room was very clean with a firm but very comfortable king bed and a breathtaking view, You can see both the Pacific Ocean and the East China Sea at the same time! Our dinner at the restaurant was delicious and so was the breakfast the next day, we enjoyed everything!

The view from the balcony is incredible; you can see the ocean on both sides of Okinawa simultaneously and mountains in between in one breathtaking view. The hotel room was beautiful and the breakfast was excellent. Staff was also very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

The only thing I could think of is the drive it takes to get there, but I think it's worth it for the incredible view.
