Staff were very helpful in finding out information about the ferry. It’s really close to the farmer’s market/fish centre where you can get some fresh seafood and also the ashibinaa outlet mall. About 3-5 mins drive away from each of them. Not exactly located right on the beach itself but it’s more of a 2 min walk away. Breakfast buffet was quite ok, priced at 1700¥ per person. Overall the best hotel I had on this trip, comfortable and clean, with friendly staff. I believe they gave us a free room upgrade to level 9, the premium club level, and there was a separate bath, sink and toilet area - very useful for getting ready in the mornings.

Parking is a little cumbersome, the front desk is at level 2 and then you have to park somewhere else at level 1. It costs 5500¥ a night.

Rooms: Spacious, has a balcony with ocean view and comfortable beds. Water provided was canned Okinawan Water by Itoen. It's a type of soft water. We were lucky to have a relatively clean room and ocean view is a right choice if you want to catch the sunset. Harbourview has too much developments and constructions ongoing. Breakfast: Restaurant was crowded because there were many guests but still spacious in between tables. At times you have to queue for the food you want because that's the only orderly way when there are people who want the same food at the same time. Queue clears very fast so not an issue at all. Loved the free flow ice cream and Jimami tofu. Transport: There is bus TK02 A/B that departs from level 1 of the hotel which brings you to Itoman Fish Market, iias, etc. Cash accepted on bus. It's also easy to take a cab out to get food or groceries. The hotel can get a cab for you if you are not using any ride hailing apps. 9min ride cost about 900 Yen. Facilities: Laundry room has 20 washers and dryers which is never crowded. Washer cost 200 Yen per wash and Dryer costs 100 Yen per 30mins cycle. Karaoke rooms also available.

Toilet walls: Please clean the stains on the sides of the toilet walls. I would also like to say this to fellow tourists - be considerate, be clean, be hygienic. Breakfast: There could be different varieties of items on daily basis. Stayed for 3 nights and everyday the items were like 97% same.

The room was lovely and big. Breakfast options were excellent and included both Japanese and western choices. Buffet style for both breakfast and dinner. Lovely outdoor BBQ restaurant. Great shop on site selling souvenirs, food, cigarettes and drinks, including beer and wine. Staff were helpful although some didn't speak great English and so it was sometimes a struggle to communicate. Had to use Google translate quite alot. Great pool, with kiosk for drinks and snacks. Lovely beach where you can hire BBQ's, with shop selling beer. Also has jetski hire and banana inflatable rides. Needed to hire a car as the hotel is about 30 minutes outside of Naha.

The beds are not much better than sleeping on the floor. They are so hard! The furniture in the room is a little tired and could do with an update, but it is clean. The pool side areas could do with a repaint or jet wash as also looking rather worn.

The entire facility was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean from the breakfast buffet. We came a bit early in the season so we used the indoor pool and had a great time there. The outdoor pool opened as we were leaving but it looked like a lot of fun. There was easy access to the beach and we plan to do some of the activities they advertise when we come back!

Our only complaint was that the beds were fairly hard, by the end of our 4 night stay we were a little stiff but overall it was manageable and we still got some good sleep!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic for our children. The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the sea. The food selection for breakfast and dinner was vast and delicious.

The location is great for access to the airport but it is far from a lot of the top attractions on the island. Additionally, the hotel is located in an industrial park so there are no shops or restaurants in walking distance. We had a car so wasn’t an issue. I tried to go for a run one of the evenings but most of the industrial park is in complete darkness at night. The hotel is a little dated at this point and could use some renovations.

A typical beachfront hotel featuring spacious rooms, well-maintained grounds, and excellent housekeeping services. The breakfast buffet offers an outstanding variety of dishes. The hotel boasts a two-minute walk to a well-equipped and clean beach, complete with lifeguards on duty, restrooms, and beach showers. Additionally, the hotel provides a designated smoking room for guests. A bus stop is located near the hotel, providing convenient transportation to both the city centre and the airport terminal directly. This property is an excellent choice for families with children. Among the highlights are several swimming pools, including an indoor pool that remains open until 9 PM.

The lounge access that comes with the room booking was great. We tried the different options for breakfast and all were great except on the 2nd last day. Trays were empty and food not topped up, I had a feeling that I am eating left overs. It was only 930am and breakfast ends at 10am.

This hotel is EXCELLENT value for money. I didn’t have particularly high expectations based on the price compared to similar close by but everything was perfect. The hotel is clean, spacious, the pool area is great whether you want sun or shade. The pool is great for adults or children. The setting is calm and beautiful. The beach attached to the hotel is so dreamy! The bluest sea and a nice walk in the day/evening. The location is a funny one to score as it’s in the middle of an industrial site, but most of the hotels are. The local bus leaves from the hotel lobby and you can go everywhere! It’s so easy to get to the mall, the ferry port, the airport, nearby beaches, restaurants so we actually liked the location as it’s so accessible by bus. Taxis are also cheap if this is your preference. The indoor poorly is lovely and warm, perfect for our baby. Overall I think this is a great hotel!

If I had to be picky, breakfast was very chaotic. The layout just doesn’t work and there is too much choice. It would be better to have less choice and 2 areas to collect the food as everyone has to wait in one big line as there is only 1 selection area of the main foods. The food was great, and it wasn’t horrendous, we just chose to go a bit later as it’s extremely busy and there’s a lot of waiting at peak times.

Loved the happy friendly staff. The view was fabulous and the room was large for a Japanese hotel. The pools outside were great and we swam at the beach too. The buffets were very yummy and lots of variety of foods. We also ate by the outside pool and this was a great option. We were happy to have a balcony and utilise the lovely sea breeze.

The hotel is a long way from Naha central, without a car it was difficult. The hotel sits under the flight path, so the noise is a factor. The indoor pool is very warm and filled with many children, so we chose to stay outdoors.
