Everything's clean. Love the bath room design and the shower is perfect. It is a quiet location, you can have a good rest here.

The instruction to get the key is not clear; the reception room is behind the vending machine, and the key chain mark is almost gone, hard to read which room to stay. The mattress is just too thin and soft. Also, the non-stick pan is with many scratches. But overall, it is good.

Well appointed spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need, including a washing machine. Excellent value for money.

Location rather remote and close to an air base with jet aircraft taking off which woke us most mornings. Bed mattresses too soft.

The location was right in the middle of okinawa. It was close to Kadena. We had plenty of towels.

The bed is a little springy. It didn't interfere with my sleep but I did wake up feeling sore. It is soft but I could feel the spings... after a few days it started to be uncomfortable.

Room inside everything is good and clean , the room size is bigger than my expectation

Except both stove doesn't work . please take repair stove immediately see attached picture.

It was very clean and met our needs. They were responsive when messaged.

It was a little hard to figure out check in but other than that everything went well.

Room was the right price in the right location for us.

The back parking lot is DARK at night. Can’t easily get into closet in the bedroom. Not a lot of storage places.

Everything was great, save for some minor hiccups with a few room equipments. Check-in was hassle free, great location with free parking space.

Fan seemed slightly broken (turns off automatically after few minutes) and the washing machine needed some cleaning prior to usage.

All amenities are prepared for 15 days stay. The views from top floor were amazing which I wasn’t expecting!

Fan venting was very dusty and AC needs to clean up for more efficient performance.

Had to stay an extra day and the staff did everything they could to help us out. Not sure other hotels would have gone to that great of a length to help. Apartment style with big open space and two beds. Toilet is separate from the shower which is great. Check in is all digital so make sure you fill out the check in process for the QR code before arriving.
