Everything was perfect. It was the best hotel we stayed during our trip to Kumamoto. Cheerful and kind lady at the reception was very helpful, attentive and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, kindly responding to all our requests. The rooms are super clean, huge and spacious. We had a feeling that we stayed at a separate villa house with garden view and parking lot. The room was very quiet, so we could have a wonderful sleep. There is also a restaurant on the other side of the street, which is convenient. I wish we could enjoy our stay longer. We will definitely come back again.

Fantastic suite style accommodation, living room, separate bedroom, bathroom and outdoor terrace. Lots of space, bath was nice to warm us up, very comfortable bed. Parking next to room, easy to load luggage.

Open plan rooms with tiled floors and big window, so was very cold on arrival. However, the AC units soon warmed it up. No cooking facilities provided (other than microwave), although this wasn't a problem for us. You probably need a car to stay here, it would be difficult to use via public transport.

This is a unique hotel that somewhat resembles a castle. We thought it was a great value for the price, and the rooms are huge, especially by Japan's standards. Each room includes a private garage with a door, and you can enter the room through the garage. You can also enter it upstairs from the hotel hallway. It's basically an apartment-style room, with a small kitchen, a private bath that looks out in to a beautiful zen setting with camellia plants and water basins; there is a nice, spacious living room with a giant window that looks out in to a large private back yard area. The bedroom is huge, with a comfortable bed and great lighting. The staff were very, very nice.

I'm sure they are conserving heat, but the room was very cold when we entered. I can't really fault them for this, but it took a while to heat the room up. We also couldn't figure out the locks. The two main entrances, from the hallway and the garage had deadbolts, but the key we were given didn't work on them. I'm sure there is a solution for this, but we didn't find it. Regardless, it felt very safe and secure.

Big spacious villa. However, it seems like a love hotel previously. Love the private parking that leads directly into the unit. Highly recommended provided have own transport.

I was expecting that I could cook my meals. Didn't know that they don't allow cooking at all. I'm quite disappointed with that. Nevertheless, there's a microwave in the unit.

Surprisingly pleasant stay. Large rooms seem to be transformed from a warehouse but very well cleaned and equipped. There is even a shower and a bathtub in the court of each room.

The room cools down a bit slow with the air conditioning due to its high ceiling. A bit dark for the space over the bed.

This very unique looking hotel was villa style. We found it not problem, and it was close to local amenities. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who showed us around a very spacious apartment. Which had dining area, separate bedroom, bathroom and toilet. This hotel was a gem 💎 There was an amazing view, and bus stops 5 mins away in either direction.

The accommodation exceeded our most optimistic expectations. It was no standard-size hotel room; it was in fact a suite. Spacious living room with kitchenette, spacious bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom with a bath tub. Next to our room, there was a private parking for our rental.

Nothing to complain about.

Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. All counter tops and electrical appliances were new. House did a great job keeping the room clean.

Building old and jaded. The dinning chairs were old and torn.

Big room with bed, sitting area and terrace. Water and fridge, etc. Parking in front of the room. Good location to visit Mount Aso. Friendly owners.

Everything was as expected.

The room is very spacious. The parking is good. The room fee is reasonable.

The building is a bit old with some mould found on the window curtains of the living room and also at the bathroom.
