One of the best properties I have stayed at while traveling. It is incredibly clean, well decorated and warmly lit. The rooms are very comfortable and even come with a vanity table with a mirror and cotton swabs. The check-in process is super easy and the host was fantastic. He put a lot of time and effort into making this guesthouse comfortable and quiet for his guests. The bathrooms are very clean and come with the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). The common area is very nice as well. The only downfall is that you cannot use the kitchen, which is very nice as well.

Almost nothing. The only thing is that the kitchen is unavailable to guests. I don’t know if this is a temporary thing, but it was a very nice kitchen that would come in handy for long stays.

The accommodation was about 10min by train from Kansai airport to the station, then about another 10min walk so very central and the price was reasonable. We were there for one night everything was clean and the room was large with comfortable beds with curtains for privacy. It is advisable to pack the essentials for one or more nights in a small bag and leave your suitcase at the entrance as the rooms are on the 3rd floor but the host will tell you this in advance.

Very well-appointed! Everything's very organized and got a lot of rules in a way that makes sense. Nice location also to the airport and budget-friendly :) For those of you curious about the towel situation, they dont have anything included but it's just 100 yen to rent one from the front

Great location, close to the station and shops. Staff were great! Even carried my really heavy suitcase up stairs! Really comfortable, clean and modern rooms/ beds. Big and very clean showers and wash areas. Very cute little kitchen, with everything you could need!

Beautifully clean, quiet, and comfortable accommodation. Lovely service. Free coffee and tea. Spotless kitchen and bathroom. My room had futon, tatami and desk, beautiful and so clean. Perfect!

Cozy place with all amenities, owner very kind, location perfect if you have a flight from Osaka airport, some market near, room quiet and effective.

The room is very nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the mattress is thick and nice (which is quite rare in Japanese hostel). The staff is also very nice!
