Stayed at this place for the last night of our holiday in Japan, very good location for that particular circumstance. It was the closest to a station out of any of our accoms, in a lovely, rural area with local food and shops as well as accessible corner stores. A nice shopping area and Marble Beach are both only one train stop away, and the airport is only two. Easy self check-in, and I was sent a very comprehensive set of instructions and tips beforehand, particularly in locating the building and our mailbox number. Room had enough space for two futons and a few large open suitcases with some room to space (though not that much). There are some ways to lock and store luggage before check-in and after check-out, which were very useful for us as we arrived in the area early. The area was quite quiet, few cars, little noise from others.

Not super comfortable, though that was sort of to be expected with just futons. The room is small, with shared/community bathrooms and showers outside of it. In general would not recommend for longer than a couple nights, no real kitchen situation (ie, no fridge, no microwave) but there were cupboards to store things.

Feel like staying in local people's house. I love this Japanese room with tatami, paper doors, small table and Japanese decoration corner. The room was huge for 2 people. Clean futons, pillows and blankets were kept neatly in the closet. Small towel, toothbrush were provided on the room corner. Sleeping on futon and fluffy blanket was so comfy. Heater worked well. The electric heat pad under the futon was soooo amazing!!!! It was my first time to see such a thing. Cold floor never bother us anyway. Great location near Izumisano station, 7-11, Seria 100 yen shop, Matsumoto kiyoshi, okonomiyaki food stall, curry restaurant. Easy self check-in/out process, helpful English speaking staff who keen to contact us via booking massage. Really want to go back and stay more days \\(°÷°)//

I was there in early January. Outside temp was around 0°C. The hallway, kitchen area, and bathroom was so cold. The tap water also freezing cold during the night. The bathroom using time was 6.00-23.00 which understandable in winter, but may quite tricky in the hot summer.

I enjoy the area of environment in the surroundings of Plus 9 Inn. There was a night where my and my friends walked all the way to Rinku Marble Beach and it was a very calming and enjoyable walk! I like that Plus 9 Inn is also just 5minutes away from Izumisano station, which made things really convenient for us!

Personally, I would say the restricted timing to shower, I understand that having a timing to shower is to not disturb other guests, but sometimes me and my friends would return back late, and would want a rinse. However, it is just a picky feedback from us, overall we still really enjoyed our stay at the Inn and the shower timing did not bothered us too much as well! :)

The inn was only a 4 minute walk from Izumisano train station and it was super easy to find. We stayed in a quadruple tatami room, it was very spacious and all amenities were provided, i.e. toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, etc. It was also extremely affordable for 4 people. The host was very helpful and replies quite quickly. There is a shower upstairs and downstairs, as well as a toilet on both levels. The host provides house slippers as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a budget friendly, very clean and spacious place to stay, close to Kansai Airport if you're doing a layover and catching another flight the next day, its only 20 minutes away!

We stayed in the tatami room with futons, if you're not used to sleeping on futons then it might be quite challenging to get a good night's rest.

This place is just right place to recharge after flight. Its located in absolutelly quiet neiborghood even after 8am it was still perfectly quiet. It was very easy to get there, owner provide all usefull instructions. There are spots to eat just around and even 7/11 is very nearby. I apreaciate small garden terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast.

Towels were too small, but i could handle it. It would be great if there was tea available. The cleaning staff came bit too early (9:00), it felt they want us to go before 10:00

near to train station, easy access to nankai/JR line if u need to rush for early/late flight to Kansai airport. It is a shared house with multiple rooms, bathroom and washing basin available for each floor.

the kitchen stove is not working, there isn't any remark from the host that we are not allow to do cooking via stove. a bit disappointing when we found out we are unable to cook using the gas stove, and we ended up using microwave.

Super clean, comfortable and lovely stay! Good location with easy access to subway, and staff responses kindly and promptly to all questions. They can also offer English support if you need. The AC unit and fan combo in this heat was perfection. Very strong! Would definitely stay here again anytime I needed to be in Osaka. Highly recommend!

The only thing is that they don’t offer any towels for the shower, so please be sure to bring your own!

The place was clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked properly, and the futons on the tatami mats were comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's rest. The location was convenient, especially for a short stay near the airport.

Great location to get to the station close enough to USJ, will go back again if we go to USJ. Great rooms, so many beds, has wash machine to wash clothes and handy.

The front door lock is difficult, takes a quite bit time to figure out.

1. Location is perfect for late check-in or early checkout due to the convenient traffic. 2. Room size is quite big for two people 3. Detailed check-in guideline to get everything going well even when late check-in.
