The location was 10 min walk from Rinku Town train station. We went to get some rest/sleep before boarding a red-eye flight at KIX (not staying the night). Glad that someone was at the desk for check-in, helping us with the self-served iPad check-in!

We thought that early check-in was possible from 1 PM, but found out that we could check-in only at 2 PM. Turned-out perfect anyway.

Super friendly staff great comfy beds with Ac and your own bathroom for the same price of a bunkbed in a dormer and only 10 minutes walk from the Shopping mall and train station. stay here save money and shop until you drop with another large mall only 10 minutes away by train a true shoppers dream location

Nothing quiet and peacefull

Small and basic hotel but brand new, super clean, totally comfortable, beautiful interiors, kind front staff members, beside a 7/11, and very close to KIX. Excellent costs-benefit, ideal if arriving by car or taxi. NOTES: Hotel has NO SHUTTLE BUS but taxis are available to call from reception and costs max. ¥ 4.500,00 (CASH ONLY)

Location is wrong on booking.com directions takes you to a carpark behind a workwear shop but you need to walk to the road turn right 200yds but other than that no issues

Everything was good

The guest next to my room was extremly noisy all night. I had a bad night on my last night there i know its not the fault of the hotel but i had to say it

It was great, there’s a conscience store right outside and you check in with a tablet. Nice rooms too.

The check in was a little difficult because booking didn’t give me a reservation code

Convenient for airport walk to train station. Nice walk to beach and close to factory outlet stores.

Early check out Got there 10 pm and check out was 10 am but they let me leave luggage there until I came back at 2pm thanks

Near at Kansai Airport, Outlet, 7/11, restaurant.

Near to airport

For people with big luggage it hard to drag the luggage from rinku town train station. Also no laundry for people stay here

In a land where minimalism is ingrained, this hotel could hardly be even more minimalistic: less is definitely more!!!
