I urgently needed to arrange a room for myself after finding out my Jetstar flight from Kansai airport being cancelled around midnight. Quickly booked a room with them and checked in around 3 am in the morning. The reception staff (Mitani san, manager? and Kwon san) were very helpful and understood my situation. They handled this very well by organizing a quieter room and late-check and all. Thank you.

Not really but you may need to walk a bit to a convenience store. After checking in at 3 am, I still had an option to buy some instant noodle at the reception (They have a few selections). Rinku premium outlet is in walking distance, and I was told that shops open from 10 am in the morning. So, I added breakfast at this hotel (1,100 yen for cold and hot buffet breakfast).

Honestly I think I was lucky with getting such a spacious room. After missing my flight, I was able to get some rest at the Premium Hotel as the beds were by far the most comfortable. The building looks new. And it was of course clean. For those who like to shop the outlet mall is just across the way. I was so happy I booked after the stress of missing my flight. The staff was lovely.

I arrived at night. The walk from the train station was manageable but it's a decent walk with luggage. Seems like Rinku town is a quieter town. So not much open late. Be sure to grab some food from the konbini your way.

The location is one station away from the Kansai airport and 10 min walk from Rinku train station. The hotel is accross from Rinku premium outlet and park so if you like to go shopping, it is a perfect location. I was able to leave my luggage after check out and did some shopping. The hotel sells snacks and cup noodles in the lobby so if you arrive late, you can still get something to eat. The room was clean and bigger than I expected. Check in and out are very easy.

As I arrive after 8pm, it was a bit hard to find a place to eat. Restaurants in the station and malls were packed with people. I walked to convienience store (about 5 minutes away) to get some food. Not bad walk but streets have become quiet after shops closes (especially after 9pm). Highly recommend using uber eats (which is what I did).

So I arrived at 2:52pm and the staff literally dared to say checkin is at 3pm... Are you f kidding me? Then exactly on 3pm many Chinese tourists came in and waiting line started to evolve. Never seen such a nonsense guidelines. Next day on 3pm I saw this same nonsense again, it was even worse than the day before. A long queue at 3pm... Absolutely brain-afk management. In most hotels you get the key 1-2 hours before official checkin time, making a fuzz cuz of 7 minutes is beyond ridiculousness. Besides that I was overall happy with everything but this was really a mood killer.

It's close to Kansai International Airport Osaka seven minutes taxi (bridge toll), and Rinku Town Outlet and shopping centre with games arcade, restaurants, Big Wheel, Marble Beach. The Hotel is very good all over, manga library, high standard amenity, friendly services, probably good English skills for non Japanese guests. Good value for money and lovely stay.

They have a gown but few button missing and lovely duvet but covers button missing too. Only minor things. Restaurant has limited opening hours, but a 24/7 convenience store nearby.

I asked for a single room but they gave me a very big room with 2 beds. The staff were very kind and helpful. Clean towels and products you will need were placed in front of your room every morning. (toothbrush, slippers, towels and pajamas) 2 minutes away from the entrance of Rinku premium outlet mall. You can walk to the metro in 10 minutes. The nearest 7 eleven market was 5 minutes away. The hotel really exceeded my expectations. If I come to Japan again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The room was spacious, and property was quiet at night. It is a good business hotel with decent price range. The staff were polite and spoke excellent English.

I was not satisfied with the location. To be fair, I booked this hotel thinking it would be very accessible to Kansai Airport. There are in fact other hotels better suited for that purpose. However, if visiting premium outlets is your aim then this is a great location.

location is near to outlet mall and also easy walking distance to the seaside. room was big enough for our family of 5 (2A 3C). breakfast buffet was fairly good. simple spread of both Jap and western food.

was told that the coin operated laundry is in a room at the back of the building and need to obtain key from staff to access it. so we gave up on doing laundry as it is too inconvenient.

The location being across the road from the Rinku outlet stores and one station away from Kasai airport makes it a great hotel to stay at your end of the trip in Japan. If going to Japan while it hot then it it would be great location also for being close to beach and pier. the walk from the train station is about 15 minutes.
