Fantastic breakfast, great ocean view. Pharmacy and convenience stores close by. Comfy room.

It is a nightmare to reach this hotel if you do not have a car. There are no subways that are nearby, and there was no bus service from the nearest subway station. It is about a 20 minute walk. After a 15 hour flight that is a no go for me. The hotel needs to offer a shuttle service from the closest subway.

Excellent stay, staff was very helpful despite the slight language barrier. Great location, walking distance from Rinku Town which is only one ride from the Kansai-Airport Station. Booking was quick and easy, they supplied bathroom amenities, and the hotel itself and the view were both beautiful. There is a convenience store right nearby in case you forgot anything.

Great newer hotel, nice rooms, clean with a nice onsen. Great breakfast in the rooftop dining room. Helpful staff.

However, the location leaves a lot to be desired. It's 'near' the airport, but the nearest public transit is about a mile away. Not even a local bus. This makes it pretty undesirable for a before KIX airport flight, as you have to take a cab, which runs over 4000 JPY. If the hotel had an airport or transit shuttle it would make a big difference.

Well maintained building so air con felt clean. English speaking staff were very helpful on check in. Great beach view. Daily room cleaning and restock of toiletries.

Nothing bad from the hotel itself, more about other customers staying and not being considerate to others. If using the washing machines come empty them promptly. If using microwave make sure any spills are cleaned up for next use.

Spacious open lobby with souvenir shop. Our room had a view with beach, sea and long bridge to the airport which we loved. The room is clean, spacious enough, a standard business/leisure hotel. We did not try public bath facility (one with wine bath!). This hotel is not located in town center, but there is a ramen restaurant and a convenience store nearby. Another 10 minutes' walk, there is a big outlet mall, then a building with many restaurants and public bath (with open air bath = roten buro).

Our stay was satisfactory. If we did not have many luggage, we were not bothered to walk from/to railway station for the airport (20 minutes walk). We had 3 heavy suitcases and unfortunately there was no shuttle bus service between the hotel and the airport. So we took taxi. The taxi from the hotel to the airport costed us a little more than 4000 yen one way, including 940 yen as bridge tolls.

Hotel had a really nice view overlooking the beach and the city, we loved the change of scenery from Osaka's city and was finally able to see Osaka for its laidback, beach vibe. Breakfast spot had an amazing view! It was also walking distance near the outlets so we were able to do some last minute shopping!

Room was small but enough and had all the essentials.

The location, staff, gift shop, and amenities were great. Beautiful views from the window.

We thought we'd have a sea view but we got the mountain/city view which is OK. Room is small and bathroom is even tinier! Not a lot around the hotel to do or get food.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, they were excellent. The view from the room and restaurant were divine. The breakfast was delicious and it is fantastic to be able to enjoy the view while eating. I would definitely stay again!

The beds and room are on the smaller side for my 6ft self, though I would have probably been able to avoid this by booking a different room.

Breakfast was great, room was clean and modern. Staff went above and beyond and were so lovely. Special mention for Kanehara-San and all members of staff from start to finish. It was such a wonderful experience staying there.

The Spa/Onsen was nice. Lobbies interior design is very well done. Breakfast buffet was OK.

The bathroom was small & dated. We were on the 12th floor. The rooms not occupied have the doors slightly opened by upper door lock. Creepy! They really need to have an airport shuttle. I'd pay up to $10 per person. To far from train or bus.
