Excellent location close to Osaka KIX airport. We took a taxi, but metro at 15minutes walk also doable. Very clean, nicely furnished, plenty of towels. Overall very comfortable. We contacted the host to help book an early morning taxi, fast and friendly service.

Upstairs neighbours arrived at midnight, very noisy over metal stairs and lots of activity above us. Mosquitoes in the room, no mosquito doors on the windows.

Stay THE KANSAI AIRPORT is a huge place for up to 6 people and is perfect for a layover as we arrived before midnight after our flight. The place is exactly as described - clean, immaculate, comfortable beds and the bathroom is huge. Neighbourhood is really quiet as it is located within residential district. Check-in process is smooth and is a self check in with instructions sent a few days before your arrival. The place is located 12mins from Rinku town station and it can be easily accessed by choosing to walk outside of the residential district instead of cutting through it.

There arent much amenities along the way while getting to the place such as convenience store. The closest one is about 7mins walk

Wasnt far from the train station, but you need a taxi if you have too much luggage. Property itself was very spacious and good comfortable beds in the room. Wish we had opportunity to stay longer, but unfortunately were only there for a night.

It was too noisy until very late into the night and we were not comfortable to go and confront the noisy neighboring guests. Also, the fact that property doesnt have a lift.

In close proximity to 3 metro stops, very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s close to 2 Family Marts and a five-minute walk to 1 Seven Eleven. It’s also close to a delicious restaurant named ‘Nakau’, which is open 24h and another named ‘Sukiya’. The breakfast bar was very convenient and cheap. We enjoyed the free sake tasting a lot. Will definitely stay again!

It would be nice if there was a closet in every hotel room to make it more comfortable and easier to travel inside the room. Also, the bigger rooms are all in the basement level, which can be a little scary and quiet at night.

Great little place clean, spacious. Fits 3-4 comfortably has everything you need and big fridge.

Sadly had a con or two, the first con was our room was located on the second floor and we had a few heavy suit case which made it difficult to climb up the stairs with. The last con if walking from the station to the hotel is a fair bit of a walk and pretty confusing as well, but this could all be avoid if you wanted to spend the money and get a taxi. The last one would be the smoke alarm is right out side of the shower which is pretty scary.

The room was spacious for a family with small children. It was also very clean and there were 2 comfortable beds and futons.

The location is not the ideal as it is a little bit far from the station and we got lost. It is quite difficult to find with the map provided and we ended up catching a taxi after 20mns wandering around the area. The hotel or Bokking.com didn't send me the door code and we just realised we didn't have it when we arrived.

it was a bit of a walk with luggage from nearest train station. however it was not a seriously major issue with teenagers pulling their own baggage

Amenities were very complete. Have bath tub which was useful. Place is spacious

It's 15 mins walk to station like rinku Town or izusano. Some part is not paved road which make pushing luggage difficult. Walk to factory outlet is 20 mins walk.

The room is good, clean, spacious and value of money. It's easy check-in process with passcode. It take only 1 stop from Kansai Airport, suitable for early flight or late flight.

Recommend for staying with small bags if want to walk to this hostel, it's not quite convenience with big luggage. There is no restaurants or convenience store nearby, just overnight stay for early flight or late flight.

Very neat stay, comfy bed 5 star, easy and quick to get to from airport $40 cab fare incl toll for family of 4, clean amenities. Could have almost stayed a few days nice area with some cool rice fields around. close to food stores also.

Wasn't an issue for us but only noting for others who might be a bit precious, dust on screens and broken blinds.
