The location is very convenient, situated near the airport. There is Lawson, and the train station is just next to the hotel. I chose this place to make sure I was close to the airport on my way out of Japan. There are some shopping outlets just a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel offers a good breakfast with breathtaking views of the ocean and the airport. Additionally, they provide a small menu for dinner, and the food is good. The staff was polite and efficient, and the washer and dryer are cashless (I LOVED IT) They have a public bath that I didn't use, and the bus shuttle is efficient - make sure to reserve your spot online (they will provide you with the link when you check in), so don't forget to do so. Disclaimer: Don't stay here if you want to explore Osaka, as the train ride will cost you and is quite long.

My only complaint is the A/C and the room size. The thermostat is set to maintain a temperature of no lower than 20°C—approximately 68°F. (The temperature was not stable, and the A/C was turning off and not able to keep the temperature, so it was a sweaty night. I'm writing this during the hot and humid summer of 2025 in Japan. The room size is incredibly small compared to other hotels in Japan; the bathroom was extremely humid as the fan was not very efficient.

I chosed this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport and the public bath. Bath and sauna were both great. It is easy reachable from Rinku town station and close to several eating opportunities. Convince store is at the hotel. I drunk a craft beer at the bar on top of the hotel, because of the nice view from the top. The Barkeeper gave good explanations of the beer. They also offer a bus shuttle to the airport. In the beginning I thought, this was a bit ridiculous since the hotel is close to the station. But it really was more convenient, because the bus directly drove to terminal 2.

It is a bit pricey considering the location. I just stayed there because I had a flight very early in the morning. Other than that I don't think there is a good reason to stay in a hotel at this location. Considering this, it is a bit to pricey.

We booked this hotel as a way to be closer to the airport for our early flight the next day. We had low expectation- just crash here for the night and take their complimentary shuttle to the airport early morning. However, we ended up enjoying this hotel a lot! Clean, modern, efficient, friendly staff. Lots of amenities for an airport hotel- fun rooftop bar with great beer, restaurant with decent food, and a big and beautiful onsen. Even had toiletries in lobby for ease. We would stay here again!

The rooms were on the smaller side and had a musty smell to it even when I used the dehumidifier provided by the room.

The location was great, convenient to get to and near the Premium Outlets. Like the fact that they have a baggage storage facility that is huge and that they have weighing scales and packing stations for you to do some last minute organisation before you head to the airport. Free airport shuttle runs only for half the day, it worked for us, but may be a consideration for others.

I think if they can have free airport shuttles throughout the day, and for both to- and from- airport, it would be helpful. Currently they only have free shuttles from airport to hotel and only in the mornings.

I appreciated the fully automated check-in and check-out process — it was efficient and hassle-free. The breakfast was satisfying with a good variety, and the public bath facilities were clean and very relaxing after a long day. I stayed in a triple room; while it was compact and didn’t have much space to open up our luggage, it was still manageable. Amenities are available for self-collection in the lobby, which was convenient and not an issue at all.

There wasn't enough space in the wardrobe to hang our clothes, and no designated area to hang or dry towels, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great hotel! Amazing beds! Loved the layout, the amenities and the aesthetic inside the hotel. The rooftop bar is amazing and the drinks and food are great as well. Location wise it would be my go to hotel going to Kansai airport. Even getting into Osaka was fairly easy, about a 40 minute ride. Rinku Town station right next door gets you to Kansai airport in 1 stop. Also the Lawson was opened 24/7 which is always a nice touch! The price you pay for a night is very good as well! 10/10 recommend!

The shower was a little tight space wise but still perfectly fine! The room is a bit on the smaller side but it gets the job done!

It is literally like next to the station. Walk for 3 minutes and take the train for 5 minutes, then you'll arrive at Kansai Airport. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport is also a plus. Just make sure that you book your slot a day before on their website. The staf is also very helpful. And there is also Lawson in the building. Very convenient.

I think the room is quite small. It was kind of a struggle to repack my stuff in the room. It feel kinda packed. But there is a luggage room, that you can use, to keep your stuff, repack your things & weigh your luggage. But you know, sometimes it's easier to pack/repack your things in your room first.

We stayed one night at this hotel near Osaka Airport, and it was a convenient choice before our flight. The location was great—just one train ride to the airport—and there was a 24-hour Lawson convenience store connected to the hotel, which was super handy. The room itself was quite small and not the cleanest, but for one night it was okay. A big plus was the large luggage room where you can organize and weigh your bags. Once you’re done, you can lock them up in there, so you don’t have to take everything into your room. Overall, a practical option for a quick airport stay.

This hotel is a truly amazing value for what it offers and being so close to airport yet new and luxurious! From our arrival to going to roof top for a flight of beer and delicious snacks to the amazing breakfast buffet the next morning before our flight everything is top notch. Booked as a stay for simple proximity to airport but would have happily stayed in this hotel for several days. My girlfriend said the onsen and facilities were amazing while I enjoyed the beer flight and view of airport at night from roof. Recommended with no hesitation

Slightly larger room but that is truly only little thing but set up well.

Good room size for 3 adults. Pleasant modern design overall. Nice of hotel to provide free shuttle service to airport (but no pickup service from airport). The hot bath facilities was one of the better ones we experienced this trip to Osaka and Kyoto cities. Very good walking distance to Rinku outlet with delicious F&B facilities, and next to train station.

There was no staff at all when we arrived at 1am and you will need to perform self checkin. For an airport hotel that has to service foreigners who might have delayed flight situations, this could be a bit stressful, especially after a long haul flight. The staff appeared to be impatient servicing foreigners during day time.
