The guesthouse is in a great location — very close to the airport, which was perfect since we arrived late and the metro wasn’t running. It’s just a short walk from the nearest station, and there’s a 24/7 convenience store nearby. The place was clean, with all the necessary amenities, including a bathroom. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The location is extremely close to the airport. The price is extremely reasonable. We were a little confused about how to access the room from the instructions given. Once we got inside it made sense though. There are some amenities like coffee and a kettle and a shower and toilet. The rooms are very small, but if it's just for one night to manage a late or early flight it's perfectly fine.

The place was 550m away, which ia considered near. The room was homy, cozy and great for my family, which consist of elderly parents and young children. the town has a giant supermarket in which enjoyed awesome food for cheap price. Overall,a good experience for anyone flying from Kansai International Airport. It took us 5 min to walk to station and 10 minute to KIX.

The stairs, because we bought 1 souvenir too many. But overall, a very pleasant experience.

Budget, cleanliness, location (supermarket next door, 2 stops to kansai airport, 1 stop premium outlet), and safety. The mattress was a bit hard, but that didn't matter to us. We just needed a bed, pillows, and quilt. All of those were my considerations, and this hotel had everything I wanted. Recommended.

The location is very convenient. Very near Kansai Airport, and perfect for red-eye flights where the train may not be an option. Facilities are clean. Self-checkin is easy and convenient and 24/7. Kitchen and dining area are complete.

Futon is a bit hard, insulation between walls mean you must be quiet during your stay or else you may disturb guest living in the next room (if there are any). The living room and kitchen are shared spaces

Conveniently located near airport (2stops) train station, this property was the most budget friendly we could find. It was cheap and clean.

Futons were a bit thin but manageable for a very quick overnight stay. There was no contact with staff but this seems to standard in Japan.

We had an overnight stay before an early flight. The apartment is very clean and very close to the train station. Also it is next to the supermarket and had everything we needed. Easy check in with clear instructions.

Location are great ..near to the station..the owner was kind and good person.my purse drop at the hotel during check out..and the owner contact us back..so kind people that we meet..thanks to the owner again..we enjoy staying here..like very japanes culture love

This is a convenient place to stay if you need to catch early flights the next day. We managed to reach the airport in 15 minutes. The room is cosy and clean. Self check-in was easy. 

Basically nothing. If I had to remark one thing, there is only one shower in the house, and it is shared by two rooms.
