Location was nearby from train stattion. Room was considered spacious for us 5 people. They provided washibg machine and its detergent (which was superb as i was like thinking how can i get small pack of detergent). It felt like you are stayinv at your own apartment (which you need to keep clean as well as they didn"t provide any cleaning during the stay (equals to the value we pay). Value for money!

The position of the toilet was facing the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable to see from our bed's position Bed were considered a bit too soft for us.

Location was amazing, check in process was easy, room was large and spacious. Washing machine worked well and powder was provided. Beds and blankets were so soft and comfortable, me and my family were 100% happy with this place. Seven 11 on the corner was super handy too for snacks and water on the way out and way back home.

Honestly loved this place, the only thing I can think of that would make it nicer is thicker towels and maybe seats on the patio.

Spacious, clean apartment just steps away from a 7-11 store and 2 blocks from the nearest subway station. Communication with the owner was fast and efficient. We received a pdf with very detailed instructions how to check in and how to get to the apartment. Very useful, thank you!

We wanted to do laundry because Osaka was the last stop on our trip and one of the reasons we booked this apartment was the fact that it had a washing machine, but there was not a proper clothes rack to dry everything so in the end we didn’t do any laundry. It was not a big problem though.

We love everything! From the location to the amenities and kitchenette. It’s like 3 min walk to the metro Tamatsukuri or around 5-8 min to enter easily via Osaka Loop Line. There’s a lot of shops too. We also walked to the Osaka castle park around 13mins. There’s a 711 at the corner of the street and bakeries nearby. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has both bath and shower options. Easy to self check in & easy to contact the personnel. We had some accident with the shower head as it fell for some reason and broke, and after we reported the incident they helped us fix it in no time. I’m very happy with our stay. My elderly parents also loved the room and thanks to the lift, they didn’t have any problem at all.

The mood of the room and location. Tamatsukuri area was so peaceful and my children were so happy to stay near several parks. Taking less than 10 min with slow walk to either JR line or subway line.

Not dislike but it would be nicer to have a blind to the kitchen window for the light and privacy from outside. It would be greater if the owner can consider the floor improvement with soundproof carpet since the walking sound from upstairs was quite noisy although the responsible person took care of my complaints immediately.

location is very near to the osaka metro and view steps away from JR sta and it can be directly goes to shinsaibashi area so it’s perfect for people who wants shopping in that area. There are 7-11 in front of the building so it’s very convenient. Its very clean and tidy, they even provide a vacuum cleaner which is good for a long stay. I personally recommend for group of 4.

For me it just that the heater doesn’t feel that warm. I don’t know if its because the weather is really cold at that time. But there is a gap in the window so the wind came into the room. I hope they can fix it so it won’t get really cold inside the room.

The room was so clean, spacious, and has complete kitchen equipment and utensils. The host was very responsive thru whatsapp and very helpful whenever we have queries and concerns. The beds are comfortable, too. The only downside was that the heater, including the extra heater, took a while to effect, since it was winter when we stayed here. Good thing the host allowed us to keep the heater working while we were away. Overall, it was a good stay. Thank you!

I liked the space. It looks modern and is spacious. The location near to the station is a plus.

I didn’t like that the toilet was making noises all night. Also, you can hear the flushing and shower water from the upper apartment. The first night the people from the upper apartment started to make a lot of noises at 10 pm when they finished showering and doing everything they were doing, at 1 am, was when I finally could go to sleep. You can hear if they drop things, close doors, and the water from the exposed pipe.

We love that the size of the room is big and the location is very convenient since it was near the train station. A big plus is that there are a lot of food choices within the area too.

We have two rooms, the other room I think needed aircon cleaning as the temperature was not reaching its desired coldness so my son's didn't make use of the blanket. But it's all good other than that :)

We were attracted to the concrete walls it had almost an artsy feel about it. Beds were so comfy. So close to train station to easily get to all the site seeing sites we needed to get to on the Loop line. Having the 7 eleven literally on the corner was so convenient.

Would have loved if it had a dryer for clothes but we made it work
