Not enough people speaking a good english Not much explanation (due to english) on rules and habits of the hotel : I discover the shuttle after 2 days, no indication by the desk of breakfast on the 12th floor

I loved the location! It's right across the street from the Osaka Castle grounds. I got a view of the castle from my room, and what a beautiful view it was. The room was very spacious and very clean.

The beds were a little hard, it felt like a sheet was laid over a block of wood and made to be a bed. It is also kind of far removed from the city portion of where it's located in Osaka. About a 20 min walk from a lot of the restaurants and a 10 minute walk on a busy street from the nearest station entrance. However, if you don't mind walking (like I didn't) you should be fine.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The Osaka Castle view was really pretty at all times, really worth the traveling to the hotel. The staff were all very nice, I arrived 15 minutes earlier from the check in time but they let me into the room immediately.

The location of the hotel is quite far from the train station. Even though they have the shuttle bus service, if you are coming for the first time you wouldn't know where to wait for it. I ended up have to walk to the hotel. I hope they will inform the guest the exact location where to wait for the shuttle bus at the station.

The location right in front of Osaka castle was exceptional. Everyone was so nice and available, it was very peaceful and having the view of the Osaka castle was such a blast when you get up in the morning. Very comfortable bed, after a long trip it's very much appreciable. And most importantly, very affordable for a hotel of such quality!

The hotel is located on a hill and a bit far from the subway station, about 13min by walk with suitcases in summer it can be a bit tricky.. but I didn't know the hotel had a free shuttle that goes from the station to the hotel and that runs several times per hour so it's a great compromise.

The amazing view of the Osaka Castle, the room was a good size, the hotel overall was very modern and pleasing.

The hotel needs to explain exactly where to pick up the hotel shuttle from the train station. It's great there is a shuttle, but if they do not tell you where to find the shuttle - exactly where to wait/find the shuttle [and the hours, schedule etc] then it is worthless. We were very lucky that we accidentally saw the shuttle bus as we were dragging our luggage down the street. There was barely a sign or anything - we almost walked the wrong way.

Fantastic breakfast with every kind of Japanese dish and more you'd want. Clean, comfy rooms. Handy regular shuttle to nearest station, but best of all, amazing view to the castle from room and breakfast room. Staff too were very helpful and friendly. I nitially I had to book different sorts of rooms as it was very busy when we were there, so we would have had to move around during our three-night stay, but the hotel sorted that out so we could relax without repacking during our stay. Would definitely return. Perfect start to our Japan holiday.

The location was as close as you can get to the Osaka Castle, and the room had a spectacular view of the castle. And the breakfast amazing, we had the best hotel breakfast of our lives! So many delicious options of both Japanese and western-style cuisine. And of course, we ate breakfast all while enjoying that amazing view of the castle. Will definitely return to this hotel!

This was very minor, but it would be great if the TV was a Smart TV so guests could stream different movies and TV shows.

The view was one of the most attractive thing about this hotel. We booked 2 rooms next to each other with the castle view and they carried out the request correctly. Although the size of the rooms were a bit small, it was quite reasonable with the location and the amenities.

We were trying to look around at the restaurants in the hotel but didn't intend to eat at that time and the staff did not let us in. We might take it too seriously but it was not very pleasant.

It was such a nice room, and the breakfast (it is at a additional price) was really nice, very japanese with western influence - miso soup, rice bowl with fresh tuna and traditional toppings, bread and pastries, Nato, and so on☺️👌🏻 and both the buffet rooms and our room had a gorgeous view to the front of the Osaka castle 🤩🥰♥️ beautiful! No wonder this hotel have weddings!

We could unfortunately hear someone playing the tv all night 😅 and we should have complained so that the quest could have been notified and turned it down but we just hoped it would be turned off for our 2 night, but no. I had no problem sleeping through it but my boyfriend did have difficulties 😅 but we didn't hear a y snoring or anything else do must have been turned up really loud

Castle view room on Level 11 gave wonderful view of Osaka Castle. Very polite and attentive staff. Great value and has facilities of a much more expensive hotel. Staff found out we were going to the Castle and arranged pre-paid tickets which saved us so much time rather than queuing up at the castle. Would be a good hotel if in business in Osaka.

Mid way between 2 metro stations which required about a 10-15 minute walk to get to transport, but really a small inconvenience.
