Very clean, and the location was good but it was a 15 minute walk to the train station so not so good if you have luggage. Well equipped with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a fabulous bath.

Self check-in was a bit difficult with the language barrier but that was because I had not provided guest details. The request for this information was at the bottom of an email. The room was advertised with a river view, but our room did not have a river view, just a view of the road in front of the river.

This was a fantastic place. We always have trouble finding suitable lodging for our family of five, and our preference is always for us to stay together. Sapporo Riverside exceeded my expectations. It has excellent facilities. All the furnishings are brand spanking new. Two showers, one bath, two toilets. We loved it so much that we were sad to leave. The location is by the river. 7-11 is just a stone's throw away (you could literally throw a stone at it), and a few more are within striking distance. There were also great restaurants around. We found a sushi restaurant that served a generous portion of tobiko in their rice bowl. I can't wait to go back.

What is there not to like is the question. The value of money is subjective. I felt it was worth every single penny and more. Everyone in my family loved it and that is priceless.

Room is so large with many bed available for family. There is two bathroom available in the room with dinning table and large projector screen for kids to play the game. Comfort and great for family vacation. :)

There is no staff available on site, you need to chat with them via message if you need help. There is no parking lot available on site; need to find the coin-parking closed to the hotel.

The space was more than sufficient for a family, it was also clean and modern and new with great views in winter. Kitchen and laundry appliances are also available.

Distance was slightly further from the nearest subway station and in a quieter location, however that trade off is to be expected for the size of the room.

The room is very spacious and very clean. Location is just 10mins walk to Nijo market/ Tanukikoji Shopping district.

Suggest hotel to notify that it is self check in hotel (no staff at reception) at time of booking and will send room number/room key a day by email a day before check in. This is to avoid panic situation during check in.

We stayed in a theatre room. It was fantastic. There was enough space for my whole family of 4. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a five day stay. It had a washing machine to keep our clothes cleaned. It even had a projector, a big screen and a bose sound system to keep us entertained. The view from the room facing Toyohira river was so beautiful.

The location is about 8 minute walk from the closest station. It was ok, as you would expect to do some walking in Japan. However, if you had big luggages, you may consider getting a taxi.

The sliding door for the kitchen is a bit unnecessary, kind of bother when u are cooking and u wanna open the freezer at the same time

Great place to stay in Sapporo for a few days! The room seemed somewhat small for us 3 people but ended up being surprisingly functional and comfortable despite the size, and we slept very well. Everything we needed was there: clothes washing, even a microwave for heating up food. There were many small restaurants and even a very nice yakiniku nearby.

We liked the overall interior design of the place, of the rooms. Everything was convenient, facilities were well thought of and we had everything we needed. We also like that the place was so clean and well maintained. Exceptional also was the promptness of replies to messages.

Just one thing tho, the washing machines need to be maintained -- full of lint and dirt from previous users. Also, vacuum cleaner at the 2nd floor was broken. Needed to borrow the one at the 3rd floor

This is an amazing apartment. In fact, this apartment is one of the best we’ve stayed in. The layout of the apartment is good, there are 2 toilets, 1 bathroom and another bigger bathroom with a huge bathtub. There’s no need to fight for any toilets when your group is big. The beds are so so comfy!!! We loved the upper bunk beds, everyone had to take turns using the beds, coz everyone wanted to have a try. The host also prepared a multi usb charger which is really a godsend. There’s a projector in the room which allows you to watch Netflix, etc.. Managed to get it on, but we didn’t know how to use it after that.. pity.. Overall, we were very awed with the whole interior design of the apartment.. from the dining table to the dining chairs, to the beds, to even the door handles.. Just make the whole living there very enjoyable. Oh, did I mentioned that we are just next to a river? Can have a good morning jog to start the day (sunrises at 3:30am in summer) and we saw a fox from our window!!

The distance is a bit too far from everything.. Sapporo train station is about 30mins walk.. Nothing around here.. but there are many Lawsons (convenience store) along the way, to top up fruits, milk or bread.
