Everything was exceptional and really good. The location was at a good distance from the city center. There are nearby grocery and convenience stores. The rooms were clean and all the basic necessities were provided. There are welcome bags that contains personal basic necessities, and if you need more, they are readily available and you can freely grab them at the reception area. There's a lift and it's truly convenient. Our family of 7 were really happy and enjoyed our stay. Check-in and check-out was convenient. And when we needed information or requested something, we just sent them a message here in booking.com app and they were responsive. They were accommodating and attended to us and our needs the best they can.

Warm, spacious apartment, it was the only one on its floor so seemed pretty private too! We were a group of 5 and felt very comfortable in this property. Location is great, extremely quiet area in walking distance from the city center and transport stops.

Not enough kitchen utensils for proper cooking (basics are there tho) and tableware was in sets for 4 people, not 5. That’s it, everything else was perfect!

Room very clean and comfortable. Perfect stay experience we had. Apartment near by the main shopping areas. And close shuttle bus station. Very easy to find out after transfer from airport by bus. Market and convenient store arround there. Famous curry soup restaurant near by. Super tasty！

4BR type was very spacious and cozy. Every room had a heater so it wasn't cold. Everything had instructions in English so it was easy to use amenities for non Japanese. Futons were soft and comfortable.

There is no staff.

The price is good, worth for the price. so the location is not very convenient if you are not familiar about the sapporo. but if you stay more than 3 nights, should be fine. anyway it's quite cheap for 2 families.

more cooking equipment should be provided, since you have rooms for big families. small pot is only for 2 persons. should provide free wifi in lobby and paper guide info for check in

Easy access to Odori Park and shops. The check-in process was easy to follow. The place was spacious.

It has only 1 toilet which can be inconvenient for big groups.

Cleanliness. Building like new. Amenities so good. Nearby Aeon for groceries.

Location. No iron board. Distance to busstop is quit far…

The guides was the best, huge rooms and easily accessed. Supermarket near by, very near the fish market.
