The Interior design in hotel is very nice. The hotel is very close to the tourist attractions such as Nijo Market and a short walk to the Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The Kitchen in the hotel is nice and bathroom is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful also come with a great English speaking skill.

The hotel is not very close to the subway station it takes 300m walk to the station and another 200m walk to get to the ticket office and train platform (Bus Center Mae Station). They charge 200yen per luggage if you want to keep the luggage in the hotel before if you come before check-in time and after check-out.

The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. There was an option for luggage storage (though was an extra 200 yen per bag) The room was clean and it is relatively close to everything you could need

You have to take your shoes off before leaving the main area. I'm not of fan of using shoes that don't belong to myself. The kitchen is nice to have, but very tiny and only works for 1 person at a time. We planned our cooking during weird times as to make sure we were able to make our own food. Small things though comparatively

wonderful, friendly staff answered all my questions and helped me with my special health needs. beautiful facilities and dorm. lots of room in the dorm. Nice location near the bus station and next to a fish market. Great duvet and pillow. handy kitchen on the same floor as the dorm for coffee, green tea (good quality) and light cooking.

mattresses were very thin, so it hurt my hip lying on my side. Still could sleep but not very comfortable. locker only big enough for phone and money, not a laptop. no filtered water refill. no chairs in the dorm.

You head straight in after crossing the pedestrian lane :D We arrived early but the staff offered early check in with a minimal fee. The 6-bed room was quite spacious, we were able to walk around the room without bumping at each other. Spacious hallway although it can get crowded at the slipper area. Overall great stay and was quite new.

minor thing but the code they gave to enter past 10pm didn't work. We had to wait for someone to go outside so we could come in.

The location is amazing. You are basically walking distance away from everything. The room is small but it has all the things you need. You need to take your shoes off at the first floor and use slippers in the hostel. The water pressure in the shower was quite nice. There are some seats in the lobby and there is a bar but it was closed during our stay. This is not a social hostel.

rooms where a bit untidy in the sense that there are many scratches in the wall and dusts under the bed.. plus there was a policy to use a hotel slippers and put your shoes into plastic and carry it to your room whenever your inside the hostel which was a bit hassle as the slippers area is very snall and when all the guests wants to change shoes it is crowded

The location was super convenient for getting around. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The whole place was super clean, and the facilities were great overall. Had a really comfortable stay

The kitchen being on the 4th floor made it a bit inconvenient to cook and then carry the food down to eat on the ground floor

It’s very conveniently located close to Odori Park and the snow festival taking place in February. It was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay. It’s possible to store luggage for a small fee

There is not much space in the room, and there’s no storage space. It seemed a bit expensive compared to other places we stayed in Japan, but that might be due to the snow festival.

Nicely located near the market, comfortable, clean, functional. They helped us check in a little early.

We kept bumping into the hanging clothes rack haha. You have to take your shoes on and off to go upstairs and the system with the plastic bags and slippers can be a bit tiresome - but considering the snow, it makes a lot of sense not to wear shoes upstairs!

Location was perfect. It was right in front of market, and 5 minutes walk from center of downtown. Mostly the facilities were clean. The staff were really nice. They handled the problem promptly.

Large group of foreigners were drunk at midnight and they made a huge noise and also made wrest rooms messy because of vomits. That was disgusting.
