Location - 1 min walk from Odori station though no shelter. 2 min walk to Tanuki Koji shopping area. Hotel - Room equipped with washing machine (Dryer) & washing liquid, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, mini kitchen utensils (plates, cups, spoons, forks), dehumidifier, table with 2 chairs. Toliet and washroom are separated. The lobby comes with a free coffee corner and an indoor smoking room. Friendly and courteous staff.

The room a bit small for 3 beds. But perfect for 2 beds.

Location was great. Just one block from Odori station. There were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The toilet of the room given to us was smelly. We informed the front desk and they gave us a new room right away. Hotel restaurant doesn't operate in the evening, but we can bring our own food and eat there. There were cookies and some drinks provided by the hotel.

Room was nice but a bit small. It's difficult if you have a big luggage. We stayed for 7 days but they only scheduled 1 "full clean day". The other days you can only request for them to take out trash and change towels. I was surprised by this but maybe I missed the part where they mentioned this.

it was walking distance to the main shopping district. It was also situated at Odori, which was in between Susukino and Sapporo Main Station. If you want to walk to Daimaru, it can take quite a bit, but it’s pretty much sheltered the entire way, except for just crossing the road from the hotel to the Maruzen entrance to head down to the subway. The hotel was also new and room was clean. We were able to fit three large luggage in the room. The main problem was having the microwave and washing machine with dryer in the room. We really utilised these two quite a bit! They even provided detergent so that was quite good. The toilet was of a good size, and even featured a bath. It uses Refa brand soap and shampoo which smells really nice too. The hotel staff were friendly, and helped us out a lot. We requested for tissue for the room one of the days and the staff ran to bring us not one but three packs. Thank you. The front desk staff also helped with calling one of the shops at one of the shopping malls for me as I wanted to check the availability of a product. Thanks to her, I did not have to make a futile trip down. They also greeted all guests whenever to arrive or leave the premises, which was very professional. I had a good 9 days’ stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo and will recommend it to all.

Just to note that perhaps there needs to be some cleaning of the toilet after a certain number of days.

The property is conveniently located just across the street from Odori Train Station. It is close to Lawson, 7-Eleven, McDonald's, and Don Quijote. The Sapporo TV Tower, a great tourist spot, is only a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, the area has numerous restaurants and markets, making it easy to find food options nearby. While touring Hokkaido to see the bears, we were picked up by a bus across from the Odori Train Station. Tokyu Stay offers unlimited coffee in the Lobby. And Kids & Kids at Heart can enjoy art and crafts as they have this in their Lobby while you are waiting for your other friends or the bus.

None- Everything is Great!

For a solo traveler it was great. My suitcase was very big so it did take up most the floor space but not a big deal when you are just one person in the room. The washing machine was sooo usefull!! Staff was friendly and the location was great, close to Odori, metro station, convinivence stores and walking distance to many food places.

The washing machine needs better instructions and in other languages. It washes good but it does take a looong time so I suggest not to start washing on your last day since the door self locks while in use.

Loved the ensuite washer and dryer, it made packing for our ski trip very easy. There’s also a microwave, fridge, and kettle in the room. Beds were very comfortable but the pillows were very flat. The staff were amazing. We were able to park at the hotel and it was all very accommodating and convenient. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious.

Cleanliness was satisfactory but there is room for improvement: there were several stains on the walls in the room, the shower curtain, it was a little dusty, and the bathroom mirror wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The room was quite small but as expected in Japan.

No Smart TV. HDMI port didn’t work with Firestick. Small room (as usual).

Large generous spacious room with great view of the Panasonic Tower. Perfect location and easy walking distance to everything! The staff was always very courteous. English was a little difficult but they always tried.

I had a bad allergy to something in the room. The first day, I sneezed constantly and became congested. This disappeared as soon as I left the room. After 2 nights, my whole face swelled up. I am allergic to dust mites, so think that the room could have been cleaner and dusted/vacuumed better with a HEPA filter. Also, the sink faucet was loose at its base and needed attention. Also, the fact that there was no real room cleaning without an additional fee was surprising, as was no water bottles provided.

Incredibly convenient location with superb service. I arrived before check in and left my heavy luggage with concierge. When I returned, I was informed my luggage had already been delivered to my room! The room was very clean with no odd smells, and the bed was one of the most crisp and comfortable I’ve slept in. Despite the more minimal shared facilities, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Of course, the in-unit laundry was a major plus as well! It was a 2 in 1 washer dryer, so I could just leave my laundry in there for hours and go out to explore the city without worrying about dampness.

The room has a good bathtub. The mirror has a portion that doesn't fog up, which is nice. The AC unit works well, but might drip on you. The room comes with shoe warmers (which came in handy for us). The washer/dryer unit works well enough. The dryer portion works better alone than with the wash cycle. The staff is awesome and extremely helpful with anything you may need. The location is perfect. It's very close to Odori park. It is very close to the trolley station as well as Sapporo station and Odori Station. There's not a major Sapporo attraction you can't get to quickly and easily from this location. Would be great during the ice festival.

The rooms are small so there is not a lot of room to hang up clothes.
