Location - 1 min walk from Odori station though no shelter. 2 min walk to Tanuki Koji shopping area. Hotel - Room equipped with washing machine (Dryer) & washing liquid, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, mini kitchen utensils (plates, cups, spoons, forks), dehumidifier, table with 2 chairs. Toliet and washroom are separated. The lobby comes with a free coffee corner and an indoor smoking room. Friendly and courteous staff.

The room a bit small for 3 beds. But perfect for 2 beds.

Very clean and tidy. Washing machine & dryer are very handy. Friendly staff. Fast check in & out. Good WiFi. Close to Odori subway station.

No Smart TV. HDMI port didn’t work with Firestick. Small room (as usual).

Loved the ensuite washer and dryer, it made packing for our ski trip very easy. There’s also a microwave, fridge, and kettle in the room. Beds were very comfortable but the pillows were very flat. The staff were amazing. We were able to park at the hotel and it was all very accommodating and convenient. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious.

Cleanliness was satisfactory but there is room for improvement: there were several stains on the walls in the room, the shower curtain, it was a little dusty, and the bathroom mirror wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The room was quite small but as expected in Japan.

Large generous spacious room with great view of the Panasonic Tower. Perfect location and easy walking distance to everything! The staff was always very courteous. English was a little difficult but they always tried.

I had a bad allergy to something in the room. The first day, I sneezed constantly and became congested. This disappeared as soon as I left the room. After 2 nights, my whole face swelled up. I am allergic to dust mites, so think that the room could have been cleaner and dusted/vacuumed better with a HEPA filter. Also, the sink faucet was loose at its base and needed attention. Also, the fact that there was no real room cleaning without an additional fee was surprising, as was no water bottles provided.

The room has a good bathtub. The mirror has a portion that doesn't fog up, which is nice. The AC unit works well, but might drip on you. The room comes with shoe warmers (which came in handy for us). The washer/dryer unit works well enough. The dryer portion works better alone than with the wash cycle. The staff is awesome and extremely helpful with anything you may need. The location is perfect. It's very close to Odori park. It is very close to the trolley station as well as Sapporo station and Odori Station. There's not a major Sapporo attraction you can't get to quickly and easily from this location. Would be great during the ice festival.

The rooms are small so there is not a lot of room to hang up clothes.

1. Location is very good. It is near the Odori station Exit 34, near Nijo market, near 2. Good water pressure 3. Has washer/dryer and machien to press pants 4. Bed is nice to sleep in 5. Breakfast: don't expect an extensive breakfast like in big hotels BUT the food is prepared very nicely, it's delicious.

1. Room is small. You will have difficulty opening up a few suitcases. Otherwise, it didn't matter too much for me as I only come back to sleep. 2. This hotel only provides limited daily changing of rubbish bin and towels. There is no changing of linen or preparing the bed. Amneties are available on the ground floor. Some hotels in Japan does this. 3. Car park is limited. The rate is charged per day. If they are full, opposite the hotel are more car parks by other operators that charged per hour rate.

The location was very convenient. being only a short walk from the subway and in easy walking distance to a covered mall and Susukino via the mall. The room was small and unremarkable with a view of an office building but nothing was really bad about it - just your regular run of the mill business hotel. The staff were great - very helpful and attentive and easily fixed an issue I caused when booking Breakfast was very tasty with a delicious soup curry available every day.

A slightly more comprehensive guide to the in room washing machine would help. I managed to run another 2+ hour cycle instead of opening the door and only pulling the power managed to get it open after.

The hotel location was ok although you will need to find which exit from the Odori Station which has elevator. This station has more than 30 exits and it is linked to the Sapporo JR Station. The washing machine cum dryer in the room is a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

The road leading to the hotel is not easy to walk especially with luggage as it is full of snow and can be slippery. The hotel should have arranged to have the snow ploughed throughout the day for the safety of its guests. Room is a bit small.

Very good location - just a minute walk away from an entrance (exit 34) to the Odori subway, although it still require a few minutes of walking underground to get to the subway gates. It is also a short walk to Odori Park, Nijo Market, Ramen Street, TV Tower, etc. The room we had was a bit tight for 3 people, but comfortable enough. I did liked having a washer/dryer in the room as it allowed us to pack less for the trip. The staff is generally friendly, and helped us book our cab to the airport.

There's hardly enough floor space for the 3 of us to open up our luggages concurrently. The room has a window, but the curtains are velcro-ed to the window frame (I assume to block out the hot summer sun), so we effectively did not have a clear view of the "outside".

One of the days, we had included breakfast and it was good. Well-organised, small selection but good quality western and Japanese breakfast options. Room was complete with microwave and fridge and washer/dryer. Great instruction pamphlets given to every room too. Compact but has everything we need.

Everything was good, staff can speak English, ready to give directions and helpful. There was a coffee machine at the lobby providing free coffee but we were always in a rush or already had coffee at the breakfast, so did not try it.
