The location of this hotel is very convenient. Its just around the corner of the famous Nikka billboard. Alot of convenience store and restaurants nearby. Very near to train station and the bus stations. Few minutes walk to Parco and other establishments. They also provide free breakfast. They provide new towels and Yukata everyday. Staff are helpful and can speak basic english. Hotel is also very near to the underground walkway going to Sapporo and Odori station. Underground walkway also has alot of restaurants and shops that you might want to explore.

The only downside is that the hotel always has alot of guests but the tables and chairs are too little to accommodate all guests.

Great location! Very accessible to resto, train station, Donki, combinis & other tourist attractions. The breakfast can be brought in the room. My children loved their sausage and croissant. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a good sleep, it was quiet considering its busy location.

We had 3 rooms. Checking in was difficult because the staffs on duty that time cant speak english. They had trouble giving us room assignments. My 14 yr old child, who's considered child by booking.com, was being counted as adult. Even after we showed our booking confirmation, they cant seem to figure out where to assign him.

The hotel was great! I loved the location, you could see the busy nightlife on one side and the other side were the department stores where you could go shopping in the morning. Convenience stores were easily accessible and there's a Donki nearby for some late night shopping if you wanted to. A decent breakfast too in the morning!

If there are a lot of guests, sometimes the lobby is very full and it takes a while to use the microwave. But it's a minor complaint, I didn't really have anything in particular I didn't like about this hotel.

The hotel's proximity to the city center was really convenient. We rented a car and there's an available parking in the hotel (with a reasonable fee). The free breakfast was also nice, and there are toiletries available for you in the lobby 24/7. Staff is nice and accommodating as well.

The room kinda reeked of cigarettes which is a bummer since we don't smoke cigarettes... and the scent got to our stuff... maybe they can work on that. Even if you rent a "smoking" room, there must be no hint of cigarette smell if you check in.

A very nice hotel in the center of Sapporo - everything you might need when travelling - the room was clean and spacious - the staff was friendly and helpful - you can leave your luggage before check in and after check out - very tasty breakfast - you can even have it as a take away for those who are in a hurry in the morning. I definitely recommend this place to everybody.

Went here for the 2025 Snow Festival. Booked 6months in advance as rooms tend to get fully booked - location! - free breakfast - daily supplies of towels - laundry (with a fee)

- room size is a bit small, but it’s normal for Japann - breakfast: we stayed for 6 nights and it would have been better to add a variety of food + availability of butter/jam for croissants

The location is the best one! Ao close to the main street and surrounded by a lot of nice stores and restaurants. Got from main station by foot in 10 min. Room was standard for Japan and had everything needed. They served free breakfast in the morning.

On the whole floor it was smelling really strongly of cigarettes, in room as well.

The location is really convenient as it's close to the busy centre. the room was comfortable for what I paid and the staff were amazingly helpful, they walked me through everything I needed help with and assisted me with finding my way to the hotel car park.

The elevators were my only real issue but it was only because it was check out time and everyone was using them so I had to wait for elevators which were too full a few times. Ideally you want to miss the check out rush, this was also during the first day of the snow festival as well so heavier traffic than normal I assume

Breakfast was good, different menu for everyday. You can leave your luggages if you need to check out early (10AM) and want to do more touring around Saporro. Very nice laundry area, with english instructions. Room is just right for me as I was travelling solo.

I arrived in the hotel a little after 12noon. I was not aware of the late checkin time at 4PM. I was so tired and exhausted from the long trip. I asked if I could checkin at 3PM an hour earlier, to which they responded NO. Just felt that super late checkin at 4PM was a scam.

Affordable Japanese business hotel right in the middle of Susukino. We especially liked the location, the cleanliness and the great value for money, especially with the included breakfast 😋

Even though we were on the top floor, our window was facing a blank wall less than a meter away… so just keep in mind that not all rooms have a view. But for the price we can't complain, and everything else was in order 👌
