- I was going to stay here a second time but cancelled as my flight to Sapporo from Tokyo was unable to take off. The hotel refunded me despite being able to keep my money under booking.com's rules - thank you - The location is superb: it's a little fiddly to find but it's in the covered shopping street not far from Susukino etc which it very useful -Reasonably spacious capsules

- I was in need of accommodation during the Ice Festival at a few days' notice. Prices were loopy as a consequence. £89 for a capsule hotel was too much but I had little other option - Lights not turned off all night - made it harder to sleep

The location is fantastic! The hotel is in the large shopping street which consists of 7 parts, the hotel is in part 5. Everything you need is nearby: restaurants, daiso etc. Subway 5 min walk. Susukino 2 min walk. 1 subwaystop from JR Sapporo. Waterpressure was great! Clean common room. Staff very friendly Stayed in a one person room (shared bathroom) . Heads up: these are small so if this is not for you, choose a different hotel. Personal tip: I booked a shared ride from the airport and after 24 hours of traveling this was amazing! There were no other guests so I got a private ride.

Maybe add some shelves on the wall of the private rooms? Charge a bit more per night and supply free towels and tea bags&mugs for that money. This is of course a personal preference 🙂 Not really a hostel where you meet people

Good money value, the location is in the middle of tanukidori area on susukino so there's a lot of place to go to for shopping :) though it is a budget hostel the dormitory type room is quite spacious and I'm able to fit my carry-on suitcase inside my bed area instead of leaving it outside, bed is more on the hard side but they also provides comforter. Ammenity and kitchen space is decent. Would consider staying again on my next sapporo trip!

The sleeping area is very big, there's plenty of space to put your bags next to your bed. There's a locker in the form of a small table and there's hangers for your coat. The bed and sheets were very comfortable and the showers and toilets were very clean with great soap provided. Towels are optional for very cheap. The common area is also well equipped with a small kitchen area with a microwave, sink and mini fridge. The location is great too as it's right in the middle of Susokino.

There could be a bit more ventilation in the dorms as it can smells a little bit.

Its located near to stores (abc mart, sapporo drug store, Thrift store, restaurant, cafe and etc), near to odori park, if you want to explore city centre of sapporo, the hotel will suit you

Doesnt have Designated Smoking Area, so if you want to smoke, you have walking quite far from the hotel. Price is quite expensive when we booked, maybe because Sapporo Snow Festival, every hotel in Sapporo the price is goes up very high.

Room was decently big with enough space to open up our suitcases, and bed was comfortable for us. Location was convenient for where we wanted to get to, bus stop for the airport limousine was just round the corner, and walks straight out of hotel into tanukikoji shopping street.

No bath tub, and pillows were a wee bit flat for my preference

Location within the shopping malls and restaurants & fast fpod, with underground metro to move around. Also, Airport bus is just around the corner, 2 mins walk from hotel. Shared toilets are clean with shampoo and shower gels. Bring own towel.

A little too small😂 to store bags in the room.

I like the comforatable bed and clean bed. It is so soft, comfy and very clean. Since I stayed on the bottom bed, I like the big space beside of my bed, I can put my 2 luggests on. I feel so private on the bed. Also the location was the middle of Susukino market, near by mega Donki. When go back to New Chitose airport, only 120 meters walk to airport bus stop. It is so convenient. Highly recommend!

They do not have a utencil to borrow when I want to use microwave.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Tanukikoji. There's a wide range of eating, drinking and shopping options right outside. Despite this, the room was completely silent. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was very large, and the air con worked fantastically. An extremely affordable option that far exceeded expectations for the price.

It isn't the closest place to Sapporo Central Station, but as long as you know that going in it's no problem. It's accessible by underground walkway (20 minutes) or subway (5 minutes). The front desk does close after 12pm, so you'll want to book ahead if you can, and pick up your key before you head out for the night.

We loved the location. It was easily accessible to and from the airport, tourist attractions, and restaurants. We also loved the room, it was big for our standards compared to Tokyo hotel rooms (3 adults). The heater was functioning perfectly and the futton as well as the room were clean.

The family room needs to be accessed through an elevator and an additional stairs. It was easy and well lit though so we were fine with it even with a senior mother and a medium sized luggage.
