We loved the location, staff, modern and well appointed rooms, full service kitchen and lovely bath amenities with a Dyson hairdryer! Beds were also very generous in size and comfortable and the building was on the quiet side of the street but a quick 2 min walk to all the shops and restaurants. Right in the middle between Susukino and Odori Park. Rooms are very private with only 4 to a floor. Kitchenette well equipped with everything that you need. Rooms are of a good size. The hotel is a 2 min walk from the Limousine Bus Stop to New Chitose Airport which is a big plus. Even though it's self service for the trash and bath towels, supplies were unlimited and the bath amenities are of really high quality. Soaps were in big pump bottles and water pressure is strong. Option to borrow coffee makers, kitchen pans and even vinyl records and game boards are a bonus. Password protected rooms and lobby are a good idea instead of having key cards. Staff very helpful particularly J Young and all the lady receptionists. They were very accommodating and responsive to our requests given our late night arrival. Since reception operating hours is only until 11pm, they were willing to wait for us to check in. Would definitely book here again =)

Would have been more convenient to have a 24 hr front desk given that Sapporo is quite a tourist destination. There was a lack in cabinet space to store clothes but beds were big enough to place our clothes on. Wish they would put more shelves also in the bathroom. Airconditioner was hard to figure out but working. These are only minor stuff though. Overall, it was a great place to stay in.

The property is modern, clean, and well furnished, with friendly, English-speaking staff. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and public transportation.

One issue we encountered was that the air conditioner kept turning off or resetting every few hours, likely due to an energy-saving setting. This made it difficult to stay comfortable in the summer heat, especially at night. There is no laundry facility on site, which was inconvenient during our five-night stay. The bunk beds were comfortable, though adults should be mindful of the low clearance to avoid bumping their heads.

location is really good and within 5 mins of the centre shopping street. the staff we interacted with were all very kind and helpful. room was very spacious, with enough space to open luggages & still hang out. bathroom amenities provided were more than sufficient (with a dyson hairdryer!!). beds were a double bed which made it very comfortable. hotel also provided 2 pillows each which is really a plus point that most hotels don’t! overall really recommend this place for a group of friends or family. would come back and stay here again!!!

there is no in house laundry facilities if you need one. parking can be slightly tough and difficult as only city parking is available. but the hotel is very helpful in providing list of options.

More of a studio apartment than a traditional hotel room - it was wonderfully spacious for our family of four to sleep and move around comfortably, even with all the suitcases open. The kitchenette was stocked with basic supplies and even things like clingwrap, it seemed like someone really put a lot of thought into these details. The gooseneck kettle was an especially nice touch. Location was great - walking distance to most places we wanted to go (malls, restaurants etc) and one street away from the bus stop to catch the airport shuttle. The record player in the room was lovely, and being able to borrow records, books, and even children's toys from the "library" by the front desk was icing on the cake.

Nearby parking is scarce, not easy to navigate, and expensive - but it's to be expected in a major city.

Superb location in central Sapporo, very close to many restaurants, shops and sites. The hotel itself oozed style, combined with a warm welcoming vibe. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Including helping me find the destination of my car hire company. Our room was large, clean and impeccably presented. The huge bed was incredibly comfortable. Showering and bathing facilities were first class, in the form of a wet room with a decent sized bath Audiovisual equipment worked well.

Coffee making facilities, I feel could have been organized differently in that you had to get the equipment from reception. We did not avail ourselves of this service

Friendly and very helpful staff. Smart concept of borrowing items like kitchen supplies, games and records. Efficient use of living and kitchen spaces (good quality supplies) with bunk double beds. Comfortable for family. Steps away from shopping arcades.

Limited light (room faces another building’s wall) on east side of building. Window did not open far so room was stuffy. Metal framing on lower bunk meant that rain pattered noisily. Rooms not serviced for 2 nights days. Many nice hotels at lower cost in Sapporo so if you are looking for a room, those might be better value.

First time in hokkaido and decided to stay in 41 pieces due to proximity to many eateries and malls. It's near Pole Town, an underground walk with resturants and shops. Hotel was helpful with restaurant reservation and luggage forwarding. Especially like to thank Miss Saki for all the help rendered during our stay, not forgetting other staff that helped us. Would definitely stay here again for next coming trip in winter again.

It's abit of a walk like 18mins to sapporo station as we prefer the leisure walk through the underground walkway. You can take a short ride by train/bus to sapporo station as well.

Located in the city center, close to Tanukikoji shopping street and Odori station, but no light pollution or noise problem. Spacious room with kitchen, microwave oven and refrigerator. Can get a bottle of wine or drinks if not require housekeeping service for stay more than three days. Clean towels and garbage bags are freely available in the lobby, it is convenient.

No laundry service or self service washing machines. A single chair in the room takes up a lot of space. Replacing it with a practical dining chair will cost around ¥1000 more per day.

The staff there are exceptional. I had a lot of questions and issues about getting from Sapporo to a specific location in another town via non-private car transport (with kids and luggage) and they were able to help me with that very well even though it was quite troublesome to arrange when taxis are not common in other towns. There was a total of 3 separate staffs helping me with the request over 2 days while they checked on local transport availabilities. The hotel is also a 2 mins walk to Family mart and 10 mins walk to the shopping street where you can get most things you would need. This hotel is also new hence very clean!

As an apartment room, the design and choice of items could be more intuitive. For example, there was a cooker, a microwave and an oven for food, but there was only an electric kettle, no coffee machine. The chair is extremely comfortable but a little big for the space.

The staffs were friendly and accommodating. We were able to get early check-in which was very helpful! The place was well-located - within walking distance to Tanukikoji, Odori Park & Nijo Market. And the facilities were more than adequate - bathtub + shower, stove + microwave, plus there were coffee maker + beans & turntable + vinyl records available for you to use.

It would be great if there were cafes or restaurant available on the property. But hey, I'm not complaining since there are plenty of those around the property.
