Close to Susukino and shopping. Airport bus is across the hotel. Staff is very helpful and there’s a familymart on site

There’s only one thick bedding sheet for sleeping. Was waking up during the night because it was to hot when I had the ac on cold because the sheet was to thick. No choice between thick sheets or no sheets.

The location was perfect. Right next to the shopping street and there're lots of restaurants close by. Very friendly staff. Provides pajamas and towels. No room cleaning for stays for less than 3 days, which I totally agree.

The double room I got was really small. There was barely room for two big luggages to open at the same time. Once I opened my luggage, it became hard to walk around the room. But besides the size of room, it was great.

Good breakfast, nice location, best for sunlight at morning by nature.

Our room was 9th floor, some room have their own 2 floor inside the room. Bed settled at 2nd floor. I think should have information for this point.

Excellent location. Western breakfast was a bit light on..toaster did not toast well and not much to chose from. Was nice but did not feel we got value for money

I quite like, but wonder a bit. When I left the baggage with a lady staff, she spoke in English very well so all smooth. But when I came back to check in. Another lady staff, can't speak English well, Quite slow checkin.

All is good, but only lots of dust on bed. I've got skin rash. and very itchy during sleeping.

Location was great. Room was bigger than expected. Amenities were nice, including the welcome drink. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Felt it was expensive for what we got (though we did visit during the snow festival so they may be why). Rooms were warm at night and no AC in winter so needed to open a window.

I like this hotel's location. It nears Tanukikoji Shopping Street and the new chitose airport limousine bus stop opposites in the hotel.

The over room looks like an old type of room, especially the bathroom is very old.

The welcome drink was awesome

The pillows were terrible. very uncomfortable. We stayed 3 nights but never received room cleaning. Even though the paper they gave us said housekeeping services only fit 3 nights or more. It was disappointing.

Front desk can hardly speak English. Rooms were dated and in need of refurbishment
