Very close to the central locations, clean rooms and friendly staff. Free ice machine and microwave was on our floor.

They advertised a laundry service but it was only really for 1 or 2 items like a dress shirt or tie. Not suitable for longer trips when actual laundry is required. A coin laundry service would have been very beneficial.

We were so appreciative of the concierge at the front desk. I made the mistake of booking a smoking room which was not going to work with two little kids. When I asked about any available rooms that were non-smoking, they quickly found us a beautiful space that was bigger than what I had paid for and didn’t charge extra. So so grateful for their kindness in my error. The hotel was a perfect distance to the snow festival in Odori Park and many restaurants/shops. It was also very clean and quiet making it a great environment for our two kids under 3.

This hotel is great however we did not like was the pillow situation. They were very small and each bed (we had 4) only came with one pillow. When I asked for more, they said it wasn’t possible. Additionally, the elevator doors will absolutely crush a toddler one day. We were lucky to have caught my son before he walked through. They close so fast and are difficult to keep open. We had to really coordinate efforts just to get our little family of four past the doors before they closed.

Property was clean and tidy and even though we did not have room cleaning every day we still got clean towels and trash bins cleared. Also the property is super close to main streets of Sapporo. Walking distance to Susukino or Sapporo train line.

Not a huge problem but The old fashion key system. It was bulky and had to be handed in to reception every time you go out. But the receptionists became familiar with us very quickly . No major issues.

The location to fun areas like the TV Tower and Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Odori Park was perfect. Very easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We were upgraded to a bigger version of the room we intended and it suited our family of four very nicely. The hotel also had many freebies: toothbrushes, hair brushes, tea, bath powder, slippers, etc. that you could also take home if you wished. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we purchased the “no daily cleaning” package, someone still came by to take out the trash and give us new towels (thank you very much!!).

There was only one key to the room.

We expected the property to be old because it seemed old fashioned when we saw the photos but upon arrival, we were amazed because it has a vintage vibe but its very well kept and the employees are so nice and willing to help. Will definitely book again if I ever come back to Sapporo.

room quite small for a triple sharing. We booked adjoining per booking.com but room is just adjacent.

The location is great! Near Odori Park, subway/train stations, convenience stores, market. The staff are also friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I also love their free bath powder. They all smell so good and relaxing.

Location is really convenient ,very accessible to Train station and attraction. Hotel car park is just right in front of the door . Free bath powder and shaving tools. Hotel staff is helpful to meet my needs.

Large non-smoking room provided even though we mistakenly booked a smoking room. Vey polite & helpful staff. Great location. Restaurants, Lawsin & Famuly Market nearby. Staff kent me a AUS-JAP power converter plug. Big bath!!

I was able to sleep well in a triple bed. The shampoo was also good, and I was very satisfied.

The scenery is not good, but it's good because it was convenient in various ways. I stayed for 2 nights, but I wanted to change the cups and so on.
