Free coffee and ice cream! Very responsive and friendly staff who helped us with transport. Breakfast was quite good with a lot of buffet choices though it was the same everyday.

I think the hotel should consider putting in a roll in shower for a few rooms. We got the accessible room for my daughter who is in a wheelchair and our shower chair could not really fit the bathtub and we had to lift my daughter each time. To be fair, we saw the picture and initially thought the chair would fit. Looking at various options in booking.com there weren’t a lot of accessible bathroom options so that’s something that all hotels should consider. That said, the hotel was responsive and did create more space for us by removing a bed. Much appreciated!

Location is very good. Every place we wanted to go to was within walking distance. Considering that Wyndham is a global brand, the reasonable room rate was a pleasant surprise.

Room cleaning could have been done more frequently than once every 3 days. I would be happy with every other day cleaning. Electrical outlet on the side of the headboard where you position your head is quite dangerous. More variety on the breakfast menu could also work.

Great location. The rooms were reasonably spacious and comfortable. We had a nice view. We also liked the free ice cream and coffee.

The rooms were so dark. Why paint the rooms dark brown/black, hard to see anything. The ice cream and coffee were only available until 6.00 pm. Why was that? Everybody loves an ice cream after dinner before bed. The lobby sitting area turned into a breakfast only area in the morning. I would have liked to sit somewhere in the morning while my family slept, but the only other spot was right in front of reception. I would have liked a dedicated sitting area in the hotel for all hours.

The location was great. The bed was big and comfortable. However, I found the room dark, and the entrance was narrow. High quality toiletries were provided with a one ticket for a welcome drink, overflowing coffee, and ice cream at the lobby. Front desk officers were nice and helpful. However, the guy at the bar wasn’t friendly at all. Communication was hard and didn’t even apolize when I told him that he put too much lime juice in my coke.

I love how the beds were set-up like a sleepover (side by side). I also love the toiletries provided and the pyjamas so I didn’t have to worry about packing or buying PJ’s. I also love how kind and helpful the staffs were.

Nothing much to say though I wish there was a microwave in our room. I’m not sure whether it was only our room that had no microwave. Although, you can go down to the lobby and ask the staff to heat it up for you. Another thing is, housekeeping isn’t everyday so be mindful with your rubbish and whatnot.

Staff were very polite, friendly and even went far and beyond helping us deal with BA and JAL for hours to rebook a flight which was canceled due to typhoon ampil, I am very grateful for their help. Shower had great water pressure, bath was deep. The free welcome drinks were lovely with a good choice of drinks in the evening. Great location with shops and restaurants within 10 min walking distance.

The architecture and interior design of the hotel was superb. They used only, black, white and gray. Minimalistic design but I liked it so much. Hotel put me on the highest floor. Room was really big! It had so much space, not typical in Japan! My first time to see a hotel with a tablet instead of a phone. Amenities inside the room and bathroom were great, except the TV because everything was in Japanese. Very clean. They also gave welcome drinks. Free coffee and ice cream during the day. Lady at the reception was really nice. I think her name was Miu.

Breakfast was a bit expensive. Hotel was a few blocks away from the main road. It is located between Odori and Susukino, so you really need to take note of the nearest exit from train station. On your first day, it would be a bit confusing.

I liked the service, room size, and pricing for all things included. In the service we got 2 free drinks at the bar as well as the vanilla soft serve ice cream was fantastic by itself, but we used the coffee machine to make our own Affogato (it was lovely). They also held our bag AFTER checkout so we could enjoy the city a bit more before we departed which was kind of them.

The room comes with a tablet device that sits in the middle of the room overlooking everything. While I know its probably not in use, the device features a camera that is not covered, and this lead me to have to cover it myself with the "no smoking" sign. Tablets that have cameras should be blocked for peace of mind and I recommend switching to tablets with less hardware.

Our room is spacious and clean. Even though we bought a lot, we still had enough space to place our shopping bags—unlike the typical hotel rooms in Japan, which are usually very small. The hotel is very close to the shopping street and within walking distance to everything.

None, all are good. I’ll go back and stay here

great location, near shopping street. near to don quijote and several convenience stores and restaurants. bright night life and very close to odori park as well. bathroom has good size! room is also spacious and comfortable. very clean very nice
