• spacious room, ac/heater worked perfectly, bed and pillows had the right firmness • bathroom was clean and the water heater worked easily and properly, they also had a tub in case you want to soak after a long day of walking • internet was fast and consistent in case you need to go on video calls or do work • there's a 7-11 right outside the hotel, you're also near several restaurants

• The location was a bit far from the train station especially if you're coming from the airport. Went during winter and it was harder than usual to pull my luggage because of the snow so this might be worth considering depending on what time you go

This hotel was a revelation. The price is very reasonable. The quality is well above average for the price. I chose a superior double room which was only a slightly higher cost than a standard room. The most impressive point was the double bed which was easily the most comfortable I can remember. A 3 star hotel with 5 star beds. The best night’s sleep is guaranteed. Good sized room, plenty of extras, adequate bathroom. Also, the policy to not clean rooms unless requested is very progressive and agreeable. The location is ideal for exploring the centre of Sapporo easily. All downtown shops, restaurants, bars etc, are within easy reach. It is also close to the vast underground network of shops & transport links. In bad weather, it is possible to access almost everything below ground. I am already considering my next visit. This hotel has become an all-time favorite.

I didn’t choose this hotel for its location. It’s quite a walk from the main station. I got lost & inadvertently arrived at the wrong hotel of the same name. But after tracking down the correct address, it was more than satisfactory. I was traveling light. If you have a lot of luggage, use a taxi. It will only take about 5 minutes so won’t be expensive. One other minor criticism, it’s a large hotel but there are only two washing machines, which are always in heavy demand. Definitely need to add some more.

Cozy and clean

I booked two rooms, each with a capacity for 2 people. Before the arrival date, I added the guest names for 2 people per room (totaling 4 people). The hotel confirmed the booking. However, when we arrived, the hotel staff insisted that we had booked the rooms for only 1 person each and required an additional charge for the extra 2 people. Communication was difficult as they did not speak English well. Eventually, they called the booking staff to talk to us. That staff only insisted that they couldn't do anything and that everything depended on the hotel's decision. We had no other options except to pay the additional charge; cancellation was not an option either.

This hotel is located at the convenience location. It located near the bus stop, train staion and shopping street. The hotel is very clean and staff are so nice and willing to help. Another thing I liked is they have a free ice😍 I would like to recommend if you are looking for the great hotel in Sapporo and yes if I go back to Sapporo I will definitely book again!

Brought the fam here in Dec 2023 for the winter festival. the location of the hotel is strategically aligned to my family's requirements. Convenience stores, mid range stores, high end etc. so in the aspect of location this is the best choice. Love how comfy the rooms were for the price paid and the staff was ever so helpful. Hint: if you are looking for winter shoes for kids and adults any ABC mart will do for all budgets, and if you looking for winter clothes, the mall at sapporo station should be enough otherwise anything from muji/uniqlo/gu is enough.

Nice location. Odori Park only 1 block away. Tanukikoji, Mitsukoshi and Parco 3 blocks away. A little bit far from Susukino but walkable. Many restaurants and 7/11, Lawson, Seicomart nearby. It is located along the Streetcar route where is also a nearby Streetcar station. Taxi fare to Sapporo Station only 1,000 Yen w/c is not bad when you are a group and have luggages.

Super convenient location in central Sapporo, close to metro stations and bus stops (including the airport 'limousine' shuttle bus stops!!) as well as conbinis, restaurants and nightlife! The hotel was super clean and the staff were very helpful, and were patient in our communications in English/Japanese. An ideal hotel for a couple of nights while you explore Sapporo :)

Room would have been a little tight if I had 2 big suitcases, but still comfortable! Just something to note if you are staying 2 people in one room.

The hotel is near Tanukikoji street and Sapporo TV tower so is very convenient to go to these locations if you are intending to visit them. The hotel is very clean and a lot bigger than most Japan hotel rooms. The amenities need to be collected at hotel lobby if you need extra. One thing to note is that it takes around 10 minutes to walk to Odori station and it will be a challenge to lug your luggage along the way, especially when there is heavy snowfall.

Excellent location to everything, the hotel is within 5-7 min walking distance of odori park, and tanuki shopping street. The stations were 15min to 20 min walking distance so we opt for walking because it is such a lovely city to walk in. Hardly ever took the train because everything was accessible through walking. The staff was lovely and helpful and rooms were much larger than the hotels back in Tokyo.

The room is spacious for Japan standard as I stayed with total 3 adults and 1 kid below 5Y old. There is a common place for beverage vending machine, free ice cube machine and microwave. The hotel staffs are also friendly

If you want your room to be cleaned, you need to put the signage before 10am and leave from your room. On my last night staying, the gentleman staff didn't clean up my room despite I have put the signage before 10AM. I left room around 10.30AM and saw the staff was cleaning up other room. While the day before, lady staff knocked my door and asked what time she can clean up my room as I was still in the room waiting my boy to be ready to travel around Sapporo. So it is not a standard service despite I have put the signage before 10AM.
