Reserved two rooms. They were close to each other which made it very convenient for us. Breakfast was excellent each day. Great coffee, edamame roll with butter was a favorite. Hotel is in a great location, close to Odori park, shopping and transportation. The public bath was fantastic. The gift shop has a nice selection of items and friendly staff.

2nd room had an odd smell. Was deodorized after reported but slight smell remained. The elevator door closes abruptly. Got hit on my leg hard before realizing we had to quickly press the "door open" button. A bit dangerous as the door does not bounce open when hit.

I was impressed with this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. My standard single room was a very good size with a comfortable double bed. The facilities and accessories were very good. I particularly enjoyed the hot public bath and related facilities. I welcomed having access to the BBC News in english. The hotel even had its own small cafe. The street was quiet, yet it was within easy walking distance of the city centre. The street car passed by on an adjacent street. The stop for the airport bus service was nearby. A convenience store was opposite the hotel. A relaxed and friendly hotel at affordable rates that I will come back to on my next visit to this friendly and welcoming city.

Location was about a block away from Tanukikoji and a few more blocks away from Susukino. Very close to Odori Park and a comfortable walk to Sapporo Station. Airport limo bus stops were a short walk away. The return (to the airport) stop was closer. Women’s onsen bath approx 5’ x 20’ with 12 bathing areas plus a smaller outside bath. Two strong jet streams in the main bath were wonderful. Laundry had four stacked washer/dryer combos. Unlimited dining options and access to major shopping areas all within walking distance. Property was clean and staff were very helpful.

The property has a mix of smoking and non smoking rooms. Some of the common areas had lingering smoke odors.

We like how accomodating was the front desk. The place is convenient and the breakfast was delicious.

I put a "make up room" card outside our door so i expected the room is clean when we get back but I noticed that they didn't fix the bed, i saw a little bunch of hair in the toilet bowl when I lift the cover and the table was not wipe clean. I have stayed at other APA hotels and the room is always clean when we come back, so I compared it to the APA hotel we stayed at today.

The staff was helpful and attentive. The room size was decent, bathroom is super clean and amenities provided everyday. They have onsite onsen and public bathroom which we like very much.

The location is a bit out of the main area of SUSUKINO and Odori but not too far. During the winter season you need to Walk a bit in the snow. And can the check out time be change into 12.pm? 10 am is a bit early.

Breakfast was excellent location was great room was clean

The room was extremely hot. I was given a portable fan but it was still very hot and it did not cool at all. The front desk staff were helpful but I wish there were more of them that spoke English. You did not have enough non smoking rooms unless I paid for a king size bed for 2 people. I just needed for myself and I could only get a smoking room.

When we went to unload our luggage, we were told we needed to pay for parking. Since we were just going to unload and then return our rental vehicle, we had no interest in paying for parking and just wanted to unload. We finally moved the vehicle to the alley to unload our luggage, making the whole thing take way longer than necessary.

The room was big and the sentō was nice

1- It would have been better if the room was sound proof. Late in the evening we could hear nearby guests hitting the floor/walls (taking in consideration that was Christmas time) and early in the morning we could hear some children screaming while they gotten out of their rooms. 2- The bathroom in the room had a little smell

The property itself was very spacious. Free stuff were given each day without you asking for it. Swift check in/out. The staff were very polite. Location was very good. Walking distance to Odori Park.

We stayed during the Snow Festival in February thus, the rate was sky high. Paid for 70,000¥ for a 4 days and 3nights stay.

Convenient location along odori and the Onsen in the hotel is very relaxing after a long day of walk under the snow . The staff are very friendly and respectful . I would definitely would book this Hotel when i get back to sapporo .
