- perfect location in the center of Sapporo, close to everything - onsen in the same building - as always, all the benefits from dormy inn: evening ramen, ice creams, yakult, … - service is excellent - breakfast was good (in August we notably had delicious melon, nice curry and seafood bowls) - booking system to reserve a seat to avoid queuing for breakfast was very efficient Overall excellent value for money. Would absolutely come back again

-You had to cross the gallery to go to the main building for breakfast and evening ramen but it was a 5 sec walk so did not mind. - room could have smelled a little bit freshier upon our arrival but that was ok

The baths in both the annex and the main hotel were excellent. The location was perfect. It was right between the Sapporo Snow Fest at Odori Park and the night life in Susukino, about two blocks in either direction. It worked perfectly to be able to go back to the hotel halfway through the day and warm up with a bath before going back out.

The room was small and basic, but that’s normal with most hotel rooms in Japan. I didn’t spend much time in there anyway, and the baths and location made it so worth the stay.

I like the hotel branch. Been staying with them for every trip. Food is great and services are awesome. I requested for a good view of the city, I got the top level corner room which is the best view and I do not hear much noises even though my room is in front of the elevator for wheelchair. I would like to upload video instead of photos but booking.com doesn't allow it. Video is much better to give you an idea of how much space and gap you'll get.

Nothing, everything is good. It would be good if I can request for no cleaning through the television instead of asking at the counter.

This hotel locates right at the walking street. It is very convenient. There are restaurants, drug stores, souvenir shops right outside the door. It only takes 10 minute walk to the sea food market and Ramen street. The location is almost perfect. Breakfast provides so many different choices of food. The quality is also superb! This hotel is highly recommended.

As usual, the rooms are rather small. But I guess this is typical in Japan.

The location is unbeatable. The Tanukikoji shopping street is right downstairs with shops and restaurants. Breakfast and hot bath are also very good and not crowded at all. The room size is not very spacious, but big enough for a family of three (compared to most Japanese hotels), and it's super clean. Highly recommend for short stays in Sapporo.

It’s very central for everything. It’s close to the Subway and the Steetcar plus it’s in one of the main undercover restaurant and shopping arcades, but still very quiet. Reception is always staffed with several people. There’s bonus extras, such as yukhalt fridge and icy poles for the taking in the foyer. Free mega ramen bowl after 9.30pm if you eat late. Room size is small but adequate for one. Great bed.

The lack of English signage. I find that It’s the same all over the northern part of Japan. It’s not easy to find directions or menu explanations or even staff who speak more than a few words of English. Breakfast was very expensive but it was huge.

Hotel is very centrally located and service is good but a little basic at annex. Excellent onsen and breakfast buffet is outstanding , has four chefs there grilling scallops , sea snails , serves salmon fish roe and also has western style breakfast ! Also has free yakut and ice cream for guests . we would recommend this hotel as value for money

Room is a little small at annex . May be try Premium dormy inn if larger room is desired .

Very very convenient. Next to the hotel food, shopping and easy to travel by train. I am lucky to have beer festival nearby at the Odori park, big four have come to join event Suntory, Asahi, Sapporo and Kirin. Big group can have 10 litres nama beer.

Some time toilet smells bad.

Lovely location, great that both Annex & Premium hot spring can be used. Compared to other Dormy this one offered 8 different popsicles flavors.

The window was booked by another building. The room smelled a bit musty. The vending machines did not include milk offered at other Dormy, nice touch post onsen.

It’s close to the shopping street and the workers are very nice to guide every facilities in the hotel And it also offers free complimentary like coffee and ramen at night It’s worth to visit it again ! The Taiwanese clerk is super good!
