Location of the hotel is fantastic, walkable to major attractions with public transportation close by. Room is comfortable, quiet and comfy beds. Having washer/dryer in room is a big plus, no extra time wasted at a laundry room. The best part is service, front desk staff seem to assume maintenance and concierge roles, extremely productive and helpful. Many thanks to all the staff. Special thanks to 玉子 who spent a lot of time helping me book a last-minute bus tour online, although it was not successful due to account registration issue for foreigners, the level of customer care is beyond my expectation. Also special thanks to the gentleman who helped us to fix the Wifi issue in our room. who was probably the manager on duty that day. If you cannot book the bus tours online (usually they require 24-48 hours advanced booking), try the Chuo Bus ticketing office right outside of Sapporo Station.

The trash cans in the bathroom and room are too small, they can be replaced by bigger ones. There were stains on the carpet, but considering each unit has a kitchen facility, it is understandable. We never used the kitchen though, there are so many food choices around the hotel within walking distance.

The room was clean and huge! It has nice amenities, including a kitchenette, small dining table and washer/dryer inside the room. Getting laundry done halfway through our trip was really helpful. The bathtub is nice and big. Staff were incredibly friendly. Very convenient location to shopping, restaurants and subway. The breakfast buffet was well-curated to highlight authentic, popular dishes from Sapporo using all local Hokkaido ingredients. The breakfast area was always very tidy, quiet and peaceful.

The room was a little dusty in certain parts but not too much. Still very clean.

Love the modern design. The rooms are small but it’s normal for Japan standard. We didn’t cook or order breakfast so can’t comment on that. The washer and dryer machine is a life saver as usual! We have a sofa bed setup for our child. So the two of us slept comfortably on the two super single beds. The hotel is located at a fantastic location with plenty of food options and near to the shopping belt. It’s also located near to great coffee places. Would highly recommend this. Staff are accommodating as I asked if we could check in a bit earlier, they managed to let us in 30 min earlier.

This is one of the most perfect places to stay around Sapporo. It is a short walk away from literally everything you need- The Shopping Street, Subway station, the Sapporo Tower, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was amazing. They are very accommodating and generous. The room exceeded my expectations, coming from Tokyo standards. It has its own washing machine and microwave, spacious bed and bathroom, with complete amenities. The overall experience is a ten out of ten. Will recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to another stay in this property hopefully soon!

The location was amazing. It was within a 5 minute walk of lots of shopping, good restaurants, Odori Park, and Tanuki-koji Shotengai. The neighborhood is lively yet quiet. From our room on the 11th floor we never heard any street noise at all. We also never heard any other guests. The hotel and our room (Premier Room) were in very good condition and extremely clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I loved everything but it would be nice to have some bowls, large spoons, and butter knives in the kitchenette.

The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English. The Lobby was very welcoming with comfortable seating and free coffee and tea. We were there for four nights in a hot summer. The air-conditioning worked well once we learned to adjust it. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean. The kitchenette, microwave and washing machine were an added bonus. There were convenience shops right next door, Tanukikoji shopping street just two minutes away as well as many restaurants, cafes and Odori subway station. We found the taxi fare to and from the main Sapporo station very reasonable, as we had a lot of luggage...no tipping in Japan makes life much simpler! The Japanese breakfast was excellent and the Continental one quite adequate too. Service was good and the dishes kept full.

The standard double room was not very large and there was not much room around the bed. However, the facilities made up for the size.

Location and parking very convenient which makes loading of luggage seamless. Washing machine in every room was a plus as we were on a long trip and could do laundry at the room. Family mart is round the corner if you need to pick up stuff. Several dinner options along the busy street.

The carpet at the room was dirty, I think previous occupant has stained it and hard to remove. I had the premium twin where the shower area and toilet were in separate rooms, abit annoying having to run over to shower room to wash hands with soap. Perhaps, hotel can consider putting a soap dispenser also at the toilet mini sink.

The staff were excellent. When I arrived with two tired children ages 2 and 4, and had to process plugging in a dead cell phone to check in, they came to entertain them, gave them origami and played with them in the lobby until I could gather everything for check in. They had free soft serve on some days. The superior room was excellent for our family. The location is very convenient for exploring Sapporo even with two small children.

The kitchen area does not have bowls so keep that in mind if you want to make your own food.

The stay was exceptional, with the location next to the Tanukikoji shopping district and walkable distance to Odori Park, the underground shopping area and Nijo Market. The process for parking was very easy and accessible, great for car drivers during the winter. The staff were also attentive to our requests and needs. The room was spacious for 2 persons, with enough space for doing work or packing luggage. The facilities in the room were also what we loved, having a mini kitchen for small cooking (we didn't use it), a drinking tap and a washing machine/dryer inside.

Internet is fast although no smart TV. Free flow unlimited Georgia coffee and ice in the lobby next to the reception was a plus point. Staffs were also very helpful, they also kept my mobile-phone when I accidentally left it at the smoking room. Hotel was 2 minutes walk to Tanukikoji shopping street and Odori Park. Taxi to Sapporo station was around JPY 1500. The building is newish and room (around 19m2) was equipped with a washing machine & dryer so it is convenient for my 2 weeks trip. The room was also equipped with small kitchenette with a stove, a sink, a microwave and an electric kettle. Limited housekeeping didn't include carpet vacuuming and making the bed but kitchen and bath amenities including towel was supplied and trash was taken out daily. Breakfast at the hotel is good enough. Enough selection of Japanese and Western foods

Exhaust fan at the bathroom didnt work. But considering my packed itinerary in Sapporo, I didnt ask for room replacement or ask staff to check. No fruit was provided at the breakfast.
