Location is excellent! You can get to the hotel from the underground walkway via a lift—no need to brave the weather. Seicomart is directly downstairs, very very convenient. The shopping street—Tanukikoji is 1 min away, the Ramen Alley is 3 mins away. Could not ask for more.

Lift a bit slow, small things really.

Location is pretty good. Near Susukino station, 5 mins walk to Odori station and ard 20mins to Sapporo station by walking underground. Room size is decent. Breakfast is interesting but only 2 choices to choose from/

Only 2 lifts so waiting for lift can take a while during peak hour. Need more hangers in room.

The breakfast was really really good, and the location is super convenient. The bottom floor of the hotel directly connects to the poletown mall which has a good selection of food and shopping as well as connections to other malls and two subway stations which connect to most lines, as well as only being two stops from Sapporo station which connects to the JR lines.

Typical Japanese small room with limited floor space. But was expected.

The location of the hotel was awesome. We could go anywhere even it was raining because it had direct access to the underground walkways/subway. the hotel was situated near a convenience store, Mega Donki, coffee shop, shopping street and public transportation. They have their own bar ever you are given tokens for free to have some drinks. The rooms where decent in size compared to others we've stayed in for the same rate. I will book his hotel when I return.

The hotel reception is at the 2nd floor, the elevator has to stop at the 2nd floor every time you go up every time. I think it is for security and access to the reception. The elevator is a bit sluggish since it has to speak in Japanese and English before closing the doors. Minor issue

this hotel is in front of mega donquijote in Susukinoof sapporo downtown and so I could easily find many stores and food. I got 3 coins to be able to use them only for restaurant in the hotel. it was great desserts and a sweet cocktail

I had a rental car. but the hotel didn't have any parking lot so I had to park outside away from some meters

The location.. the modern style room.. room is new..

they didn't really help to clean the toilet and arrange the bed ... the house keeper only came in to change the plastic bag of the dustbin and towel.. i had a bag of rubbish .. i put next to the rubbish bin because rhe small rubbish bin was full... but when i returned to the hotel.. the plastic of the rubbish bin has changed but another bag of rubbish that i put next to the rubbish bin was still there.. the cleaner didn't help me to throw it ... breakfast is limited to same type every day... could have been better .. they provide kettle but no coffee or tea are provided.. too bad..

The room cleaning service was not provided daily and the room was not cleaned properly.

They gave us the knot coins to enjoy the drinks and food at the bar. We love it and enjoyed the ambience and vibes while looking outside the busy streets. The location is good, connected to the underground shopping area and between 2 subway stations. The breakfast was good but they don't change it daily. Imagine to eat the same breakfast everyday.

There are only 2 laundry machines available for the whole hotel and located at the basement. We cannot view the availability of these laundry machines from the tv which some hotels can. We have to keep making our rounds to check whether are they available. The lifts are slow and takes very long to reach the levels. They also always stop at level 2 which is the reception floor.

Great hotel overall, rather newish and modern, very central and conveniently located. Staff was nice and very efficient. The breakfast and bar space is really nice and the room rate includes free drinks.

- The bed pillows were a bit too hard for our taste. - Only two lifts for 12 floors, which often resulted in long waits. - Breakfast: The main dish was excellent but not very filling and there was not enough variety at the (small) buffet. We did not like the scrambled eggs and the coffee at all (and no way to change the coffee intensity).

Best hotel ever! It was our 2nd time choosing to stay at this hotel. The hotel located right on shopping street (on ground and underground shopping street) that easily walk to any attractive spots in Sapporo. Tram station is in front of you! We are family with 2 kids. It is very safe for family. I booked twin 4 ft bed and attached them to make 8ft bed for 4 of us. Staff were really helpful. Thank you Peem and all Thai and other staff for your service. I will stay here again for sure!
