The premium room at the premium level is amazing choice. It come with many premium level perks such as the premium lounge access for breakfast, tea time and bar time. There's spa and sauna for premium level as well. The hotel is just soft opening but the service from the staff, the facilities are very really to welcome guests.

I stayed for two nights but the breakfast serve at the premium lounge are the same for both days. I think at least the menu or main dish should be changed on alternate day so the guests can enjoy variety of food. Moreover, if there are choices between Western and Japanese breakfast that will be great.

Excellent location, hotel is located on the 7th floor of a multi use building. A mall is on the first few levels. Walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, bars and shopping. Our room had great views of the city and mountains and the Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch.

The amenities were lacking. There was a work out room and an outdoor rooftop lounge but you couldn’t drink at the lounge. The spa and indoor lounge is only for “premium” guests which I found a little segregated. We used the laundry facilities and after 2+ hours of drying our clothes they were still not dry so had to hang everything in the very small room. The room was nice but was very small for two people and four suitcases. The bathroom is also a prefab insert so you feel like you’re in an RV bathroom. The bathroom floor felt hallow as if I was going to fall through. Shower was a bit small and the pressure was so intense it would spray the back wall of the shower and get water all over.

Location is really perfect! Centre of everything, walkable to all the small shops and restaurants in town. Only 2 stops away from Sapporo train station and all underground so without needing to care about rain at all! Bed was very comfortable, pillow was sooooo good. There was a harder side below the soft so it doesn’t sink down fully, i slept super well every night! The free drinks system when you choose not to make up room is cute. Coin laundry is sufficient to handle the number of guests and the machine washes very well!

The toilet system was too basic, no heating for the toilet seat. Rooms were also too dark, only spot lights at certain areas.

We travelled to Sapporo - primarily to attend the Harvest Festival in Odori Park, which is something we have done several times. This is the first time we have stayed in Susukino. We found it to be very convenient for this purpose. We thought the area might be a little too noisy and hectic - but thoroughly enjoyed it's vibrant and varied atmosphere. The hotel itself was one of the best we have stayed in, in Japan. It is relatively new with well presented rooms and an enthusiastic staff who are clearly proud of the hotel and keen to ensure that guests enjoy their stay. We enjoyed two nights of comfort at the hotel, with breakfast on both mornings. The breakfasts were excellent and offered a range of dishes to suit all tastes and preferences. There is a courtesy coffee machine that operates all day from the bar from which guests can enjoy an unlimited supply - a very much appreciated bonus. We also enjoyed a really delicious meal at the hotel restaurant, some very nice wines - and a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Our waitress was so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, very impressive staff and a professional, talented chef. The hotel also offers a roof top terrace from which you can enjoy the evening city skyline and appreciate the bustling nightlife area with neon signs, izakaya, restaurants, bars, karaoke and clubs. The hotel is easy to access by subway. It sits above a very new shopping and theatre complex. There are gourmet food stalls in the basement which offer a variety of cuisine and food culture to suit every palate.

There are a variety of upgraded facilities and amenities that are only available to guests who opt for a premium room. I understand the concept but am not sure that I am comfortable with this division. It can create a sense of elitism and a feeling of 'them' and 'us'. (The hotel staff though, did not treat guests differently and made everyone feel welcome.)

Very convenient location, very modern and clean rooms with great amenities, friendly and helpful staff.

About the only thing I wasn’t happy with was their rooftop terrace where the heaters seemed to not be working and food and drinks aren’t allowed. It had a great view but nobody was using it because the heaters weren’t on and despite having tables and chairs suited to food and beverages they weren’t allowed. Can’t really knock any points off since this wasn’t a key reason why I stayed there but it seems a shame the space is going unused

Brand new hotel (opened Jan 2024) right above Cocono Susukino shopping mall. Very exciting area as it is near to shopping streets, restaurants and bars.

Probably not so convenient to bring children out at night in the area. Onsen is only reserved for guests who booked premier rooms. But overall an excellent stay.

The location was fantastic - within the Cocono Shopping Mall, in the heart of Susukino, close to everywhere! Best of all, there were restaurants, shopping stores, convenience stores, even the cinema, all in the same building. Other options for the same were just minutes' walk away. Breakfast buffet was large, with enough Western options to satisfy us though largely favouring Japanese and Korean palates. But our vegetarian friend found her breakfast options fairly limited. Self-help counter for tea/coffee/toiletries and other amenities in the lobby was very useful for replenishment as required

Went to the Premium Lounge one evening during 'happy hour' but found nothing to eat except some small nibbles. That was disappointing.

Location – The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Sapporo, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Whether you’re looking to shop, dine, or visit popular attractions, everything is easily accessible. Public transportation is also nearby, which made getting around effortless. Service & Staff – The service was top-notch! The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Room Size & Amenities – The room was impressively spacious, especially considering typical city hotels. It was well-designed, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities provided were excellent, from the high-quality toiletries to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel at home. Overall Experience – We had an amazing time at Sapporo Stream Hotel. The combination of its prime location, outstanding service, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and excellent amenities made it one of the best stays we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

The hotel was in a very convenient location with plenty of amenities and surrounded by places to eat and shops. The location is also close to Lilac St shopping strip and a small wall to Odori park.

Bed was a little too firm. But that is just personal preference

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the action in Susukino.. The room overlooked the area, so great at night. The hotel itself is new, clean, and stylish. Rooms are lovely and a good size. One of the best features is that it directly connects to the train station below, so it makes getting to the airport with bags a breeze. There's also a fabulous supermarket in the basement, Daiichi. It's probably one of the best supermarkets I've ever been to in Japan.
