Wonderful capsule hotel in a central area (very close to Susukino subway station). The elevators open to what looks like an upmarket hotel. The reception adds to this feel. The uniformed staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and happy. They also spoke English very well. The capsule / cabin was one of the best I've stayed in. Very comfortable, two power outlets, free pyjamas and towels, a tall locker for your belongings adjacent to the capsule. It was also the quietest capsule hotel I've stayed in. Discrete signs requested quiet and it works. The "grooming room" was packed with amenities. The showers were also fully stocked. A great place to stay.

A few minutes walk from Suskino subway exit 4. Eateries and mini marts are nearby. Pretty convenient to move around. Staff friendly and efficient. Check-in was a breeze, so was self check-out. Capsule is comfortable and there is a big locker at the capsule. Locker can fit a 27 inch luggage with space to spare for a day bag and a medium size backpack. There are no keys to be had. One access card to enter the capsule area and that's it. Locker uses a number lock. Wifi connection is good. 2 power outlet in the capsule. There is a huge sauna. Unfortunately no onsen bath.

*Staff are corteous and very accommodating. Customer service is commendable. *Free coffee, hot water, cold water *Free toiletress *The facility is very clean *I avail with breakfast and it was a great decision for me since the breakfast buffet has wide food selections.

*You have to get out of the hotel for 6 hours regardless if you stay overnight or 10 nights. That's really weird for me. I do get they wanted to clean the facilities but 6 hours is beyond the standards. 4 hours like the other hostels sounds reasonable. *Lack of privacy at showers but all are male guests so who cares. All are naked anyways😅 *The free coffee is from 4pm to 10pm only. Much better if they make it available from 5am to 10pm.

The bedroom and the shower space were very clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a good sleep. The public space is big so no need to concern if there would be no seat. A lot of mangas to read, too. The hotel also has a nice sauna but I didn't use it.

The wifi connection was good in bedrooms but bad in the public space. Sometimes I couldn't even get connected and even if I could the Internet was slow. Whether this thing is good or bad is up to people but the hotel is located at an area with a lot of "adult stores." It didn't feel dangerous, though.

Nice capsule hotel, probably the best i stayed during my japan trip, you have your own luggage/clothes storage next to capsule. It can be a downside since some people go through their luggage at weird times but earplugs can solve this problem. Capsule was nice and comfy, bathroom and shower room great, plus big sauna. Lounge is nice. Only downside you can't stay in the capsule during cleaning time 10-16, but i was always out at that time so i didn't mind, still you can use lounge during the cleaning time. Location is superb, in the heart of susukino

great location and friendly staff

I did not like at all that from 10am-4pm your not allowed in the room for mauntence even if after your room was clean and I Took a 10 hour train ride and got in late and couldn't sleep. had to sleep in the lobby on a uncomfortable couch for hours and I couldn't sleep. I had to ask a few times the front desk, that I wasn't feeling good and I need to lay down. for 3-4 hours I was in the waiting room and got in early around 2ish to sleep finally. other then that the rest of the stay was good.

The breakfast served at the partner hotel next door was excellent with plenty of choices and variety on different days. Lobby was quiet with plenty of comic books in Japanese, which I enjoyed. The receptionists were all helpful and friendly. The place is really clean and in a convenient location in tourist Susukino and accessible to The snow festival and ice sculpture events!

Nothing really. I did with there is a bath instead of showers but this would not be easy for so many guest.

Facilities were safe, secure, clean. Nice clean showers and sauna. Also provided hygiene supplies in case you forgot your own. Big, clean lounge area.

Wifi was very spotty in all areas. Even with 3 bars, internet kept going in and out. I spoke to the front desk and they said it might be because too many people were using it at the same time. It appears that it's shared with the Route Inn hotel in the same building. My pod was an upper unit. Climbing up requires some maneuvering but manageable for most people.

I checked in late and they didnt mind. I could leave my luggage before check in too. Great clean facilities. Capsule was spacious and had nice pillows. The lounge and vending machines are convenient. It has a modern feel. I paid 5,900 yen for one night which is good for the quality but im sure you have to book in advance to get a good price. Checkout was easy on a machine and i overslept 10 minutes but wasnt charged extra. Bathroom facilities were good and provided amenities. Capsule came with tissues

Mattress was not that great and the airflow needs to be better.

Front desk service was very supportive. All needed amenities are provided, including towels, sleepwear, slippers, shampoo, toothbrush and even face scrub. The resting quarters were quiet. A locker is provided next to the capsule. Capsule doors are firm and lights do not pass through the capsule doors (turning on lights at night will not bother anyone). Rooms are clean, feel private and tidied daily, resupplying clean towels and sleepwear, though I made sure not to leave anything inside the capsule before I left for the day. Automatic check-out machine was very traveller-friendly. Common area was spacious and clean. Very convenient vending machine placement.

Aside from being located slightly far from Sapporo station. Do not leave anything outside the locker (and the room unless you are in it), I left my slippers outside and they were gone when I returned so I asked the front desk for a new pair. Although they have translators, I suppose knowing some Japanese helps a lot with front desk service experience. The lockers were not large enough to contain a suitcase but it was perfect for my luggage as a backpacker. There is no private changing spaces outside your capsule for those who are mindful of privacy.
