Swanky hotel is an older hotel and you get that vibe. However it is a very nice hotel, staff are professional and hospitable, they were able to accomodate our requests. Breakfast is just breads but we could take them to our room which meant we could sleep in. The rooms are small and the bathrooms even smaller. If you are a big fella keep this in mind. However for a few nights it’s okay to handle.

Instruction from susukino can be improved... From exit 4 , turn right, pass by Lawson, untill you see APA Hotel, turn left, you'll see Diner Bell 24 hours signboard, and toyota/toyopet and small Aeon. Tadaaa...the hotel just beside key-shop and Gengis Ramen Restaurant.

The location was awesome, just a short walk to everything. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Basic free breakfast and free coffee until 9am.

For 2 people, the room was on the smaller side, but it is japan. Pretty average size room for japan

It is a normal size for a japanese hotel. The hotel itself is a 10-minute walk to susukino area and the shopping area. The facilities are clean. We are given fresh and new towels everyday so that's really nice! The breakfast they offer are just breads, juice, and coffee (black coffee and cafe latte) but they are fresh everyday.

Breakfast was just enough but actually hoping for rice. Free flow of coffee until 9pm was amazing. Price very reasonable.

Need rice for breakfast. No electric kettle in the room so I have to go to lobby to take hot water. No hot iron.

They don't have an A/C, only a heater. It's fine when it comes to the winter, not sure what if it's in the summer.

Very friendly and helpful staff, were able to call us a taxi when requested. Price is entirely reasonable for what you get out of the place.

The public transport options, at least for the destinations we were going to, were not ideal. Not many nearby bus stops for routes we wanted to get on. It is definitely more convenient to use a taxi service.

The best of the hotel is the location. The hotel is not far from the city center and a very entertaining part of the city with a lot of bars and restaurants.

In principle all was fine. The breakfast was okay but not great. Perhaps a small wardrobe to leave clothes would be good.

Good location, short walk to the nearest station and lots of good food options nearby. Also very helpful staff!

Bathroom for a double room was quite small. Not impossible to move around in, but for larger people could be very uncomfortable to use

The cost benefit of the hotel is very good. Both check in and check out can be done on the machine. You can get coffee during the day, and help yourself with the amenities. There are many convenience stores and restaurants in the neighborhood.
