It’s a well maintained unmanned property. (There is no reception); however it’s a very well managed one. The facilities are neat and clean and even though it’s an unmanned, the instructions are very clear making it crystal clear for the visitors. The owner (or the staff) is kind enough to be in touch with you via messages so that if you have any issue, they will help you out. Also the location is good. The tram station is nearby and Susukino station is 10 min walk. Many food options and convenience stores available nearby. They also have a small kitchen facility in the room.

Nothing specific. Price looked a bit on higher side; but I guess it depends on the season and if a long weekend, prices may be higher. So, no complaint as such!

It was quiet, spacious, well furnished, clean and had a balcony. As other people have said the toilet room is small and the furnishings dated, but these are no problem. Good communication with company via messaging. The hotel is a block away from the Adult entertainment area, so it is easy to avoid all that.

It had a persistent strong chemical smell, either cleaning or maybe pest repellent, that seemed to be present for all our stay. Not needed.

The unit is clean, comfortable, needed items in the kitchen is available , i requested for a rice cooker and they happily brought the rice cooker the next day, the host is very accommodating, the unit is spacious compared to Tokyo . The location is near the center, quiet area , safe to walk ,we didnt even take train , we just walk going to the shopping area, grocery, park.

This place is ideal for a family of 5-6, and for small children too. The location is within 50m to the nearest street car (tram) to the centre which is a few stops away. There are 24 hour grocery stores called Dinner Bell and Family Mart. Across the road are a lot of good eateries and restaurants along the stretch and a bit further are the shops and shopping malls. The beds are cosy and the big table with 6-8 chairs allows a family or group meals together, with the microwave oven and also cooking top with utensils. The washing machine comes with washing liquid and the huge rack with hangers allows quick drying of your clothes. The lift is fast and helpful for big luggage. Extra body and face towels are also deposited in the apartment. Strong shower. WiFi is strong. Different bins for different food and waste with lots of trash bags. Heater is very efficient to heat up sub zero weather. The host was constantly in touch via messages to ensure that we knew our way to the place, checked in properly and checked back with us on any concerns up to the day before departure and expressed appreciation on the check out day. I do not understand why others give this place a one star. This is not a grand hotel or chalet or expensively furnished apartment, for the price that the owner charges per night, I would give this place a 5-star rating.

There is no air-con in the smaller room and this can make the room a bit hot during summer. More hangers should be provided. More cutleries and plates should be provided. Air-con was leaking on the 3rd day, should be ok after servicing

Location of apartment is next to Electric Train Station. Very convenient with 24hours Supermarket and Family Mart nearby. I like the quietness around. Very complete facilities for family stay during my 8 days trip in Sapporo. Thank you very much.

The apartment is not same look like the picture shown in Booking.com, more simply look in actual.

It’s about 2 mins walk to the streetcar, and 2 stops to Susukino station. Or about 10-15mins walk to Susukino station. There’s a family mart and grocery stores nearby. The place is very quiet and you can have a good rest after a long day of walking and sightseeing. You can cook and do laundry.

It’s still a few minutes walk from the main train station. It’s hard to drag big luggages in the snow. If you have very big luggages you won’t be able to ride the streetcar. But you can just take taxi instead.

Very useful kitchenette. Make us convenient and able to cook whatever dishes that suits our taste. As well as prevent us from going out when it was too cold during the winter. The heater was superb. We washed our clothes with washing machine provided. The clothes were dried just after few hours. WiFi were good and the TV updated us on latest news about Hokkaido. We felt like being at home.

The toilet door was too near to my tall spouse knee. He did commented that he prefer to go to nearest Family Mart toilet instead. :)

The room is clean. The location is quiet yet not too far ( a 10-min walk or you can take the streetcar. There's a stop like 1 min of walk away) from susukino subway station. There's also a ramen place a stone's throw away from the hotel that open till 2am. A taxi ride to the sapporo station costs 1230yen (i had a taxi ride today after checkout), which is reasonable and that helps if you have heavy luggage.

The table is rather small even for 1 person, too squeezed for placing daily use items. There's no other other space for that purpose. In addition, there's not much space for hanging clothes. There are many items inside the closet.

The location is near with lawson and 2 supermarkets. one of them is 24 hours too. So its easy peasy for you need something urgent in the middle of night or buying grocery. For the room, The sofa bed is cozy for us. I like it.

At the night theres some sound from the kitchen sink so we always take out every part from the sink and cover it with cut board so it will not so much disturbing you

Short walk from the main subway and just 2 subway stations to the Sapporo JR station. Just at the fringe of the city. Great location for the price we paid. I would highly recommend it to those who enjoy walks through the city. Very good instructions to get to the hotel from the Susukino subway station. Everything works including the vacuum cleaner.

Nothing in particular. You may find yourself in a tight squeeze using the toilet if you are a big fellow. Oh, it will be helpful if there are few more cutlery especially a sharper knife.
