The value for the price is excellent! Especially for a family or a group of friends as the rooms are all suites and roomier than similar prices hotel rooms. The friendly staff were able to speak enough English, and very helpful with getting taxis. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen! Your service is excellent! There are lots of things close by within walking distance. A highly rated ramen house is Ramen Shingen, which is only a 2 minute walk away! But be prepared for a wait in line as it is very popular so go before opening time in the morning! The action packed Sapporo Station area is also only a 30 minute walk away so Randor is close enough to the best sites but far enough away to be cheaper than other locations.

I wish there was complimentary water but not even one bottle of water was provided. However, there is a Lawson's convenience store about a 2 min walk away so there was no problem in finding and getting water.

While the initial journey from the stations might require a short onward transfer, the reward upon arrival at this hotel is well worth the slight distance. Once settled, you'll discover a perfectly suited for a small group. The well-appointed rooms offer a delightful blend of practicality and comfort. I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Sapporo. It has more of an Airbnb vibe, which I actually liked. There was staff at the reception, but not all the time—something to keep in mind. There’s no restaurant in the building, but luckily there are plenty of good places to eat nearby, so it wasn’t a problem. The room was very spacious for Japan and felt comfortable and quiet. The best part for me was the bathroom—it had a fancy Japanese toilet and an amazing jacuzzi bathtub. I used it every day, and it was especially nice to relax in after walking around the city in the cold winter weather. There was also a small kitchen area where I could prepare tea, which added to the homey feel. Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it. If I visit Sapporo again, I’d be happy to stay here once more.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect — very strategic, with easy access to major attractions and transport options. Everything I needed was within reach, and it made my trip so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient location!

The stay was overall good, but one issue I had was that the staff is only available after 3 pm. If you encounter any problems or need assistance before that time, you’ll have to wait until 3 pm for help. This can be a bit inconvenient, especially if you need something urgently during the earlier part of the day.

The property was very clean & well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite spacious. My family loved the numerous features on the bathtub. Staff were extremely gracious, friendly & attentive. I also appreciated that Randor was in close proximity to a tram station which made travel around the city hassle-free.

There were only two washing machines & two dryers servicing the entire hotel. Some days, you would have to wait your turn in order to do your laundry. I imagine longer wait times when the hotel is fully booked with guests. I had stayed at a Randor Hotel in Hiroshima earlier this year, and the room came with its own washing machine & dryer.

Very spacious and comfortable. Facilities are outstanding with great quality and conditions. Bed and spa extremely comfortable. The smart TV has Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+.

The cleaner apparently didn’t do the job. Found several garbage under the sofa from previous customers. Floor was dusty and disgusting with traces of gums. Hand marks on the window. Kitchen sink extremely clogged. Such a pity for a good room like this.

It’s a very good value and holds a lot of people inside, perfect for my group. The futon is also a nice experience and it was quite comfortable despite the hard surface.

The lobby doesn’t operate 24h, I don’t know if it was off-season thing or usually it’s like this. They responded to our messages even during lobby off-time though and can still accept luggages and postage during off-time. Also I think it’s worth to mention that they don’t clean the rooms during our stay, we had to take out the trash by ourselves to the lobby—might be inefficient if you had to be out during 15.00-22.00.

The room was nice a big, which made moving around the room, packing, and other things a lot easier. The location of the hotel was great; it was about a 5 minute walk from the station as well as a variety of other shopping areas and entertainment areas.

What could have been a bit better was the room service. Although they did note that there were no such services during your stay, it would've been nice to have.

Location was good and convenient for many restaurants and walking. Parks were close by. Bed was comfortable. Shower and toilet were great! Staff were very kind and helpful. A little more cookware and drinking glasses would be a good improvement. The laundry room was a huge plus for travelers. Good sized room

Long stays need cleaning supplies like access to a vacuum. Each bedside needs a small table at the head. An option to change the bed sheet on a long stay is needed.

I liked that the room was really spacious where 4 ppl can easily move about. I also like that there was a kitchen for us to cook and we cooked everyday to avoid eating out. The bathroom was huge and the tv was great.

The supposed king bed was really just two single beds put next to each other so the middle part was really uncomfortable. There is a draft that comes from under the room door so it can get quite cold. The cutleries were only prepared for 3 ppl even though I booked the room for 4. There is no iron board and not enough hangers.
